Kent and Janice Smith

Kent and Janice Smith, Kokomo, are celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary. They are planning a trip to Cancun, Mexico, in the near future.

Kent and the former Janice Schmaltz were married Jan. 21, 1973, in Main Street Christian Church, Kokomo.

Janice is employed by Western Intermediate School, and Kent works at Haynes International.

Their children are Craig Smith, Kokomo, Ryan and wife Missy Smith, Russiavile, and Melissa and husband Matt Ryan, Russiaville. They have three grandchildren.
