Paul and Loraine Cross

Paul and Loraine Cross celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Dec. 1, 2011, with a family dinner at Half Moon Restaurant.

Paul and the former Loraine Pugh were married Dec. 1, 1951, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rockville. They met on a blind date.

She is retired from Sears, and he is retired from construction. They enjoy going to church, reading, playing cards and spending time with their family.

Their children are David and wife Terri Cross, Kokomo; Jim and wife Cindy Cross, Tampa, Fla.; Rick and wife Dot Cross, Kokomo; Janice Arnett, Kokomo; and Robin and husband Jim Mickler, Kokomo. They have 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
