Roy and June Ann King, Greentown, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a family dinner Friday in Greentown, hosted by their children.
Roy and the former June Ann Riley were married Dec. 24, 1952, in her grandmother’s home in Greentown by the Rev. George Brunners of the United Methodist Church.
She is a homemaker and he retired after 25 years as a pastor.
Their children are Brian and wife Debbie King, Greentown, Cheryl and husband Brent Marner, Noblesville, Cynthia and husband Jim Eymon, Noblesville, Mathew and wife Christina King, Swayzee, and Jeremy and wife Summer King, Panama City, Fla. Their grandchildren are Holly Collins, Colin Marner, Brean King, and Mason, Carson and Grayson King. They have one great-granchild.
