Richard and Betty Hubbard are celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary Sept. 1, 2010. They would enjoy cards from their many friends.
Richard and the former Betty Armstrong were married Sept. 1, 1940, at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church by the Rev. Chester Mitchell. They couple met in high school. She is retired from Accurate Parts, and he is retired from Haynes Stellite.
Their children are Sharon and husband Gary Kelley, Kokomo, and David and wife Jan Hubbard, Murfreesboro, Tenn. They have six grandchildren, Bret and Mary Ann Kelley, Brownsburg; Gary and Ronette Kelley, Kokomo; and Mark Hubbard and Kristen Hubbard, Murfreesboro, Tenn.; and seven great-grandchildren.
