Fred and Carolyn Kolb, Kokomo, celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary with a family dinner and vacation in Pigeon Forge, Tenn.
Fred and the former Carolyn Harrington, were married on Oct. 26, 1974, in St. Patrick Catholic Church by the Rev. John Keifer. The couple met on a blind date.
He does maintenance for the Kokomo-Center School System, and she is a nurse for Kokomo Pulmonary of Howard Regional Health System.
They are the parents of a daughter, Natalie Kolb-Pratt and husband Gary, and the grandparents of two grandchildren, Blaine Kolb and Lauran Kolb-Pratt.
