Boyd and Joyce Kirby Sr.

Boyd E. and Joyce E. Kirby Sr., Kokomo, are celebrating their 55th wedding anniversary with a family dinner.

Boyd and the former Joyce E. Hall were married March 24, 1958, in the home of the bride’s parents by the Rev. J.W. Carr. They met in school.

Boyd is retired from Delco Electronics, and Joyce is retired from Delphi.

Their children are Brett A. Kirby, Lafayette, Damitar and husband Rick Walsh, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Venita J. and husband Charles Green of Columbia, Md., and Leslie D. Meriweather, Kokomo. They have five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
