Eldo Xen and Diana Sue Prickett, Peru, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Oct. 14.
The couple, who met on a blind date, had an anniversary celebration Oct. 13.
Eldo and the former Diana Gustin were married Oct. 14, 1962, by the Rev. Avery Miley at the V.F.W. in Peru.
Diana is retired from GM Corp., Kokomo, and Eldo is retired from GM Corp., Marion, and a Chrysler retiree.
Their children are Xen Prickett Jr., Indianapolis, and Mia and Dee Ellet, Peru. They have four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
