Police reports - Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2009

Howard County arrests

Friday, 12:34 p.m., deputies arrested Flint V. Farmer, 43, 700 block of South Indiana Avenue, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for a Class D felony theft charge.

Friday, 10:55 p.m., state police arrested Herman F. Hyde, 56, 2900 block of East 100 North, at 300 East and 100 North, on a Class D felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Friday, 11:15 p.m., deputies arrested Holly J. Olivarez, 31, 500 block of West Payton Street, Greentown, at home, on two body attachment warrants.

Saturday, 4 a.m., state police arrested James M. Horner, 24, 500 block of North 1100 East, Greentown, at the Howard County jail, on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Saturday, 4:40 a.m., state police arrested Kyle L. Beard, 28, 1000 block of Witherspoon Drive, at U.S. 31 and Lincoln Road, on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Saturday, 5:15 a.m., state police arrested Matthew H. Jackson, 21, 600 block of Fawn Lane, at the Howard County jail, on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Sunday, 4:24 p.m., conservation officers arrested Ryan P. McQuiston, 31, 1200 block of South Purdum Street, along the Wildcat Creek, on a warrant for the purchase of more than 3 grams of precursor in a week.

Monday, 9:45 a.m., deputies arrested Richard L. Quintero, 38, 2200 block of West Jefferson Street, at home, on a warrant for a misdemeanor invasion of privacy charge.

Monday, 11:44 a.m., deputies arrested Kevin D. Burks, 23, Indianapolis, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 2:43 p.m., police arrested Gary Johnson, 28, 300 block of East Murden Street, at home, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 4:32 p.m., police arrested Rodney L. Cupp, 44, 2500 block of North Armstrong Street, at Sycamore and Elizabeth streets, on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Monday, 5:25 p.m., deputies arrested Aaron N. Davidson, 23, 5500 block of South 800 West, Russiaville, at Foxfire Lane and Timber Valley Drive, on Class D felony charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and resisting law enforcement; and on misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement, reckless driving and public intoxication.

Monday, 7:18 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male, in the 1900 block of East Markland Avenue, on a misdemeanor conversion charge.

Monday, 10:10 p.m., deputies arrested Melissa Lynn Lassiter, 32, 600 block of Harvey Street, Greentown, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for a misdemeanor battery charge.

Tuesday, 1:32 a.m., police arrested Nina L. Hale, 38, 1200 block of South Locke Street, at Sycamore and Elizabeth streets, on misdemeanor charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, implied consent and operator never licensed.

Tipton County arrests

Saturday, 2:30 p.m., police arrested Kenneth R. Twomey, 36, 800 block of 600 South, Atlanta, on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of heroin, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a syringe and maintaining a common nuisance.

Saturday, deputies arrested Shelby McPhearson, 19, McCellen Street, Windfall, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Sunday, 12:24 a.m., deputies arrested Rickey Hicks, 36, 700 block of 400 South, South Whitley, on charges of operating while intoxicated and operating with a blood-alcohol content more than .08.

Sunday, 1:15 a.m., deputies arrested William A. Griffey, 40, 300 block of 37th Street, Anderson, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.
