Arrests


Tuesday, 8:15 a.m., deputies arrested Lara Richards, 37, Lafayette, at the Cass County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear for fees.

Tuesday, 10 a.m., deputies arrested Michael L. Trine, 41, 300 block of South Union Street, at the Howard County jail, on warrants for residential entry and invasion of privacy.

Tuesday, 10:50 a.m., deputies arrested Audrey DeSpain, 48, 100 block of Coronado Circle, at the Courthouse, on a body attachment warrant.

Tuesday, 7 p.m., deputies arrested Paige Turley, 18, 600 block of Philadelphia Drive, at the Howard County jail, on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol.

Tuesday 9:32 p.m., deputies arrested Douglas D. Wines, 56, 1500 block of West North Street, at 3500 S. LaFountain St., on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Wednesday, 6:05 a.m., deputies arrested Joshua Kopeschka, 28, 200 block of West Boulevard, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Wednesday, 6:35 a.m., police arrested Rodney L. Cupp, 44, 2500 block of North Armstrong Street, in that area, on a charge of domestic violence battery and strangulation.

Wednesday, 7:35 a.m., police arrested Paul L. Anderson, 30, 1000 block of East Fisher Street, at that residence, on a charge of domestic violence battery.

Wednesday, 11:25 a.m., deputies arrested Richard Greene, 23, 1600 block of Elmwood Lane, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for non-support of a child.

Wednesday, 12:04 p.m., deputies arrested Michael Lykins, 49, Albany, at the Delaware County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Wednesday, 1:35 p.m., police arrested Ryan J. Burns, 28, 400 block of West Mulberry Street, at Rural King, on charges of possession of a syringe, possession of paraphernalia and theft.

Wednesday, 2:58 p.m., police arrested a 12-year-old female at Walnut Street and Apperson Way, on charges of obstructing vehicular traffic and resisting law enforcement.

Wednesday, 4:04 p.m., police arrested Ryan Fitchpatrick, 25, 300 block of East Walnut Street, at Harrison and Washington streets, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Wednesday 5 p.m., police arrested Jessica Cumbee, 26, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, at that residence, on a body attachment warrant.

Wednesday, 5:40 p.m., police arrested Kierra White, 25, 100 west block of 300 South, at that residence, on a charge of domestic violence battery. Police also arrested Loren V. Odell, 26, same address, on a charge of domestic violence battery.

Wednesday, 8:17 p.m., deputies arrested Daniel Tharp, 35, Greentown, at Hunt and Lincoln streets in Greentown, on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Wednesday, 9:04 p.m., deputies arrested Austin C. Harmon, 24, 2700 block of North Washington Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Wednesday, 9:13 p.m., police arrested Caleb A. Graham, 27, 2100 block of West Jefferson Street, at 1907 W. Sycamore St., on charges of resisting law enforcement, obstruction of justice and possession of marijuana.

Thursday, 2:28 a.m., police arrested Elizabeth J. Ennis, 34, 1400 block of South Buckeye Street, at 1207 W. Sycamore St., on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Thursday, 3:59 a.m., deputies arrested Justin Richardson, 33, 200 block of Inland Drive, at 250 North and 300 West, on a charge of public intoxication.

Thefts

Wednesday, 10:30 a.m., the theft of an undetermined amount of cash was reported from Strait Gate Ministries, 312 E. North St.

Wednesday, 3:37 p.m., the theft of jewelry, medicine and money was reported from the 800 block of West Walnut Street.

Wednesday, 5:59 p.m., the theft of $340 in cash was reported from Wal-Mart, 1920 E. Markland Ave.

Tipton County

Arrests


Tuesday, 12:20 a.m., deputies arrested Charles R. Lemastero III, 20, 1100 block of Forest Landing Drive, Cicero, on a charge of minor consumption.

Tuesday, 12:20 a.m., deputies arrested Jacob M. Henderson, 21, 13400 block of 281st Street, Atlanta, on charges of operating while intoxicated and furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Wednesday, 10:55 p.m., police arrested Rebecca Fenderson, 28, Indianapolis, on a warrant for driving while suspended.
