Howard County arrests

Wednesday, 6:35 p.m., Greentown police arrested Joseph P. McCartney, 19, Greentown, on charges of theft and conversion.

Thursday, 9:30 a.m., deputies arrested Stacy J. Smith, 44, Mishawaka, at the St. Joseph County jail, on a warrant for seven counts of theft.

Thursday, 9:56 a.m., police arrested a 15-year-old female at Taylor and Ohio streets, on a charge of truancy.

Thursday, 12:40 p.m., deputies arrested Michael Randolph, 34, 2000 block of North Waugh Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for invasion of privacy.

Thursday, 12:58 p.m., police arrested three female juveniles ages, 14, 15 and 16, at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, each on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Thursday, 3:47 p.m., police arrested Karen M. Prifogle, 32, 4900 block of Council Ring Boulevard, in the 1100 block of East Foster Street, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Thursday, 4:04 p.m., police arrested Geramie R. Young, 25, 600 block of North Dixon Road, at that residence, on a charge of possession of stolen property.

Thursday, 5:22 p.m., police arrested Rick K. Orem, 57, 1000 block of East Dixon Road, at that residence, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 5:45 p.m., deputies arrested Ronald J. Polk, 20, 800 block of East Mulberry Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for perjury.

Thursday, 5:50 p.m., deputies arrested Charlinee Jones, 35, 600 block of Elk Drive, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for two counts of failure to appear.

Thursday, 6:03 p.m., deputies arrested Willie R. Harvard, 21, 800 block of East Foster Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Thursday, 6:30 p.m., police arrested James Phillips, 31, 600 block of South Indiana Street, on a body attachment warrant.

Thursday, 8:48 p.m., police arrested Ronald V. Wilson, 47, 1700 block of North Morrison Street, at that residence, on a charge of possession of marijuana and warrants for petition to revoke a suspended sentence and two counts of failure to appear.

Thursday, 8:59 p.m., deputies arrested Wendy S. Ellis, 26, 900 block of Clark Street, at Alto Road and Sugar Lane, on charges of driving while suspended and possession of a controlled substance.

Thursday, 9:24 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male in the 1100 block of North Korby Street, on a charge of runaway.

Thursday, 9:46 p.m., police arrested Arthur L. Latiker, 30, 400 block of South Union Street, in the 400 block of South Main Street, on charges of resisting law enforcement and public intoxication.

Thursday, 9:59 p.m., police arrested Hoshea Blackamore, 43, 800 block of Harvest Drive, at that residence, on a warrant for two counts of failure to appear.

Thursday, 11:07 p.m., police arrested Jon R. Whittington, 22, 800 block of Harvest Drive, in the 500 block of East Mulberry Street, on a body attachment warrant.

Friday, 1:06 a.m., police arrested Uriah M. Levi, 20, 3700 block of South Webster Street, at 1134 S. Home Ave., on charges of public intoxication, illegal consumption of alcohol and minor in a tavern.

Friday, 1:42 a.m., police arrested James Castillo, 39, 4500 east block of 200 South, at King and Washington streets, on charges of public intoxication and mischief.

Friday, 3:33 a.m., police arrested Kimberly Vervynckt, 38, 1400 block of North Ohio Street, at Purdum and Jefferson streets, on a body attachment warrant.

Friday, 2:57 p.m., police arrested April Donnelly, 34, 1900 block of West Carter Street, at that residence, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Friday, 4:16 p.m., police arrested Jon E. Eads, 36, Flora, at Market and Gano streets, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Friday, 4:18 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old Logansport male at Meijer’s, 2301 E. Markland Ave., on a charge of conversion and false informing.

Friday, 4:20 p.m., state police arrested John R. Chism, 21, Kokomo, on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Friday, 4:35 p.m., deputies arrested Robert W. Bourff, 41, Sharpsville, at 3660 W. 350 South, on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Friday, 5:04 p.m., police arrested two 15-year-old females, and three juvenile males, ages 13, 14 and 15, in the 1500 block of North Lindsay Street, each on charges of battery and disorderly conduct.

Friday, 6:50 p.m., police arrested Joseph G. Barton, 43, 300 block of North Purdum Street, at Sycamore Street and Wildwood Drive, on a charge of public intoxication.
