Howard County arrests

Friday, 11:59 a.m., deputies arrested Sean Rostron, 37, Winchester, at the Randolph County jail, on a charge of theft.

Friday, 1:10 p.m., deputies arrested Kyle W. Smelser, 25, Hartford City, at the Blackford County jail, on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Saturday, 8:53 a.m., deputies arrested Timothy L. Graf, 45, 1200 block of South Delphos Street, in the 1800 block of West Markland Avenue, for failure to report.

Sunday, 4:08 a.m., deputies arrested Jose J. Conteras, 31, Frankfort, at 900 East and Ind. 26, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license, with priors.

Sunday, 4:55 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old male, in the 200 block of East Southway Boulevard, on a charge of theft.

Sunday, 6:36 p.m., police arrested Lisa A. Fowler, 41, 500 block of East Moran Street, at Gerhart and Purdum streets, on a charge of public intoxication and a warrant for violation of the drug program.

Thefts

Sunday, 1:30 a.m., taken from a residence in the 2200 block of North Delphos Street, a Sony PlayStation 3, valued at $300, an iPod valued at $300 and 10 Blue Ray movies valued at $360.

Sunday, 5:30 a.m., taken from the 800 block of South Calumet Street, a 37-inch flat -screen TV valued at $900, and a guitar valued at $100.

Sunday, 8:15 p.m., taken from the 1100 block of North McCann Street, a 1991 gold Cadillac, no value given.

Jan. 19, noon, deputies arrested Nolan R. Rademaker, 29, Swayzee, to serve nine days in jail.

Jan. 19, 3 p.m., deputies arrested Kenneth L. Gibbs, 29, 1900 block of South Park Road, Kokomo, to serve 10 days in jail.

Jan. 19, 5:45 p.m., deputies arrested Justin J. Dunn, 19, 12900 south block of U.S. 31, Kokomo, on a warrant.

Jan. 19, 5:50 p.m., deputies arrested David A. Kitts, 40, 300 block of South Bell Street, Kokomo, on charges of operating a vehicle while never licensed and on two Howard County warrants.

Jan. 19, 7:25 p.m., police arrested Jayson M. Hall, 35, 200 block of West 10th Street, Peru, on a charge of being a habitual traffic violator.

Jan. 19, 11:13 p.m., deputies arrested Jacob L. DeWitt, 25, 400 block of West Second Street, Peru, on charges of resisting law enforcement and public intoxication.

Wednesday, 2:30 p.m., deputies arrested Travis L. Speicher, 23, 4000 block of West Water Street, Mexico, on a warrant charge of probation violation.

Wednesday, 4:50 p.m., the Converse marshal arrested Lloyd Baker, 21, Marion, on a warrant charge of domestic battery.

Wednesday, 8:10 p.m., deputies arrested Kevin Conrad, 18, 2300 block of Dwight Avenue, Peru, on charges of battery with bodily injury and interfering with the reporting of a crime.

Thursday, 6:35 p.m., deputies arrested Russell S. Friend, 35, 1400 block of West Ellis Road, Peru, on charges of interfering with the reporting of a crime.

Thursday, 2:26 p.m., deputies arrested Joseph D. Cunningham, 36, 1200 block of Water Street, Peru, on a warrant charge of failure to appear in court on a charge of visiting a common nuisance.

Friday, 5:10 p.m., deputies arrested Kyle B. Bowman, 19, 10 block of Washington Street, Peru, on a charge of theft.

Friday, 11:35 p.m., the Bunker Hill marshal arrested Tristan Raborn, 20, 100 block of South Elm Street, Bunker Hill, on a Kosciusko County body attachment.

Saturday, 1:15 a.m., police arrested Arnold C. Piotter, 19, 10900 north block of 300 West, Macy, on charges of minor consumption of alcohol and public intoxication.

Saturday, 2:15 a.m., police arrested Zachary R. Malott, 18, 3300 west block of 1050 North, Macy, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Saturday, 3:39 a.m., state police arrested Roger L. Stone, 48, 500 block of Clay Street, Peru, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
