Arrests


Monday, 3:56 a.m., police arrested a 16-year-old female in the 500 block of East Sycamore Street, on a runaway charge.

Monday, 11 a.m., deputies arrested Henry B. King, 30, Michigantown, at the Marion County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 2:50 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old female at Sears, 1235 S. Reed Road, on a charge of theft/receiving stolen property.

Monday, 3:05 p.m., deputies arrested Wilma Boles, 43, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for false informing.

Monday, 3:19 p.m., police arrested Brian K. Chandler, 30, 200 block of North Market Street, at that residence, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 7:47 p.m., police arrested Larry Frye, 54, 4463 S. 00 East-West, at The Body Shop, 107 E. Markland Ave., on a Clinton County warrant for failure to appear, a Tippecanoe County warrant for failure to appear and a White County warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Monday, 8:08 p.m., deputies arrested Kimberly Melton, 44, 4508 E. 200 South, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for conversion.

Monday, 9:02 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old male in the 1500 block of North Lindsay Street on a charge of battery and a 13-year-old male in the 700 block of South McCann Street, on a charge of battery.

Monday, 9:36 p.m., police arrested Karen A. Cecil, 46, Greentown, at Sycamore Street and Touby Pike, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Monday, 11:22 p.m., police arrested Ricky Brown, 41, 1500 block of North Wabash Avenue, at that residence, on a warrant for theft/receiving stolen property.

Monday, 11:43 p.m., police arrested Tammy L. Kelley, 34, Lafayette, at Howard Regional Health System, on charges of obstruction of justice and false informing.

Monday, 11:50 p.m., police arrested Bryan Fitchpatrick, 25, 300 block of East Walnut Street, in the 2900 block of Heritage Drive, on a body attachment warrant.

Tuesday, 12:55 a.m., police arrested Michael A. Salinas, 29, 700 block of East Havens Street, at Purdum and Havens streets, on a charge of battery.

Tuesday, 12:55 a.m., deputies arrested David L. Ray, 37, 3600 south block of 350 East, at 300 South and 500 East, on a body attachment warrant.
