Police reports - Monday, Aug. 10, 2009

Howard County arrests

Friday, 4:19 p.m., police arrested Dawn D. Carpenter, 32, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, at Hoffer and Delphos streets, on a body attachment warrant.

Friday, 5:26 p.m., police arrested William T. Graham, 72, 1700 block of North Lindsay Street, at Apperson Way and Richmond Street, on a warrant for theft.

Friday, 7:38 p.m., police arrested Joshua W. Murphy, 18, 1100 block of East State Street, in the 1700 block of South Delphos Street, on a charge of trespass.

Friday, 8:30 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old female, a 16-year-old female and a 15-year-old male at Meijer, 2301 E. Markland Ave., each on a charge of conversion.

Friday, 9:25 p.m., police arrested Joshua Ebenhart, 20, 1400 block of Tam-O-Shanter Lane, at Markland Avenue and Purdum Street, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Friday, 10:10 p.m., police arrested James D. Bond, 32, Indianapolis, at Harrison and Lindsay streets, on charges of driving while suspended, false informing and possession of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school.

Friday, 11:06 p.m., police arrested Chad Hewitt, 27, 1600 block of South Webster Street, in the 2900 block of South Washington Street, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Saturday, 2:18 a.m., police arrested Justin Howe, 32, 1600 block of West North Street, at that residence, on a charge of domestic violence battery.

Saturday, 4:36 p.m., police arrested Andrea Dacons, 31, 200 block of Rainbow Circle, at 3118 S. Lafountain St., on a body attachment warrant.

Saturday, 9:18 p.m., police arrested Brian L. Sickels, 23, 900 block of Leeds Street, at the residence, on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of a schedule IV controlled substance.

Saturday, 9:26 p.m., police arrested Jason A. Jones, 29, 1600 block of Plate Street, at the intersection of Phillips and Madison streets, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Sunday, 2:51 a.m., police arrested Adam Whitfield, 23, 2200 block of Kerri Lynn Lane, at the intersection of Lordeman and Leeds streets, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Theft

Thursday, 2:07 p.m., the theft of an HP Pavilion laptop computer valued at $500 was reported from a vehicle in the 1300 block of East Defenbaugh Street.

Miami County arrests

Aug. 3, 7:15 p.m., deputies arrested Kevin E. Easterday, 28, 100 block of East Eighth Street, Peru, on a warrant charge of theft.

Tuesday, 2:15 a.m., police arrested Aaron W. Hoover, 23, 60 block of Huntington Street, Peru, on felony charges of criminal recklessness with a firearm, possession of a controlled substance, pointing a firearm, possession of marijuana less than 30 grams and possession of a firearm without a permit.

Tuesday, 10:20 a.m., deputies arrested Joshua E. Reed, 28, 1800 East block of Ind. 18, Amboy, to serve 28 days in the Miami County Jail.

Tuesday, 10:50 a.m., deputies arrested Edward W. Diskey, 29, Swayzee, to serve 26 days in the Miami County Jail.

Tuesday, 5:32 p.m., deputies arrested Travis J. Shoaf, 38, 400 block of East Second Street, Peru, on warrant charges of dealing marijuana, possession of marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance.

Wednesday, 4:45 a.m., deputies arrested Solomon Canseco-Salinas, 20, 30 block of West Seventh Street, Peru, on charges of public intoxication and possession of alcohol by a minor.

Wednesday, 10:20 a.m., deputies arrested Victoria L. Young, 46, 20 block of Crume Avenue, Peru, on a Florida parole warrant.

Thursday, 2:20 a.m., deputies arrested Patrick M. Werner, 21, 1100 west block of 300 North, Peru, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Thursday, 8 a.m., deputies arrested Wayne P. Patton II, 43, 20 block of West 10th Street, Peru, to serve 24 hours in the Miami County Jail.

Thursday, 5:17 p.m., deputies arrested Anthony N. Arocha, 19, Bay City, Mich., on a charge of invasion of privacy.

Thursday, 11:25 p.m., state police arrested Daniel Mendez, 41, 900 block of East Lordeman Street, Kokomo, on a felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
