Arrests


Thursday, 9;25 a.m., deputies arrested Shian Lawson, 18, 500 block of East Gano Street, at the Wabash City jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Thursday, 9:27 a.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, on a charge of truancy.

Thursday, 11:50 a.m., deputies arrested John D. Horne, 44, of the 100 south block of 200 East, at that residence, on a warrant for nonsupport of a child.

Thursday, 2:35 p. m., deputies arrested Karen S. Bitner, 50, 300 block of East Murden Street, at the Courthouse, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Thursday, 3:45 p.m., police arrested Robert Richardson, 23, 900 block of South Buckeye Street, at that residence, on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.

Thursday, 4:25 p.m., deputies arrested Donald Lawrence, 46, 1200 block of North Webster Street, on 700 W. 200 North, on a body attachment warrant.

Thursday, 5:50 p.m., deputies arrested Darryl Hicks, 37, 600 block of South McCann Street, at the Markland Mall, on a Lake County warrant.

Thursday, 6:04 p.m., police arrested Jake Beck, 19, 400 block of East Sycamore Street, at that residence, on a charge of theft.

Thursday, 8:11 p.m., police arrested James Roseberry, 52, 100 block of East Morgan Street, at that residence, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 8:27 p.m., police arrested James Coates, 76, 1100 block of North McCann Street, at the Kokomo Police Department, on a charge of public intoxication.

Thursday, 10:25 p.m., police arrested Dale Vimmerstedt, 21, Tipton, at Markland Avenue and U.S. 31, on charges of possession of a syringe and possession of a paraphernalia.

Friday, 12:03 a.m., police arrested Michael Hodges, 27, 1900 block of West Carter Street, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Friday, 1:28 a.m., police arrested Anthony Hale, 34, 100 block of West Markland Avenue, at Sherman Drive and Lincoln Road, on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Thefts

Wednesday, 2:50 p.m., the theft of a wallet, cash, bank card and a math book valued at $213 was reported from Indiana University Kokomo, 2300 S. Washington St.

Thursday, 2:48 p.m., the theft of an X-Box 360, a guitar and games was reported from the 400 block of East Superior Street.

Thursday, 6:09 p.m., the theft of a Gibson amplifier, a guitar and cassette player was reported from the Christ Temple Apostolic Church, 416 E. Richmond St.
