Arrests


Friday, 9:30 a.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, on charges of disorderly conduct and truancy.

Friday, 2:52 p.m., police arrested Ricky Scruggs, 22, 800 block of Shore Bend Boulevard, in the 300 block of South LaFountain Street, on charges of carrying a handgun without a permit and possession of marijuana.

Friday, 3:25 p.m., police arrested Timothy A. Altman, 22, 400 block of West Mulberry Street, at that residence, on warrants for two counts of petition to revoke.

Friday, 9:18 p.m., police arrested Lawrence Cross, 26, 3700 block of Candy Lane, at that residence, on a warrant for possession of marijuana.

Friday, 10:20 p.m., police arrested Victor Trice, 32, 1300 block of South Waugh Street, at Jay Street and Markland Avenue, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Saturday, 3 a.m., police arrested Ryan J. McIntire, 35, 1300 block of South Webster Street, at Markland and Home avenues, on a charge of public intoxication.

Saturday, 3:29 a.m., police arrested Debriel Scales, 23, 1100 block of Morningside Drive, at 1503 N. Davis Road, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 5:39 a.m., deputies arrested James T. Eberle, 24, Amboy, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Wednesday, 9:35 a.m., deputies arrested Michael R. Bean, 46, 900 block of West Main Street, Peru, on a warrant charge of non-support of a dependent.

Wednesday, 1 p.m., the Converse marshal arrested Jonathan T. Whitfield, 29, Converse, on a warrant charge of domestic battery.

Wednesday, 1:30 p.m., deputies arrested Dennis Masters, 20, 600 block of Madison Avenue, Peru, on a warrant charge of probation violation on a charge of theft.

Wednesday, 2:14 p.m., deputies arrested Ismael Franco Jr., 48, 1600 block of North Leeds Street, Kokomo, on a warrant charge of failure to appear in court.

Thursday, 2:40 p.m., the Converse marshal arrested Barbara Valdez, 22, 400 block of North Maple Street, Converse, on a Wabash County warrant charge of failure to appear in court.

Thursday, 4:15 p.m., the Converse marshal arrested Melvin K. Bowsman, 51, 800 block of North Maple Street, Converse, on a charge of being a habitual traffic violator for life.

Thursday, 4:35 p.m., deputies arrested Robert L. Clark, 41, 2600 block of Capehart Street, Peru, on a warrant charge of contempt of court.

Thursday, 9:30 p.m., police arrested Kevin E. Easterday, 28, 100 block of East Eighth Street, Peru, on charges of public intoxication and possession of marijuana less than 30 grams.

Friday, 2:10 a.m., police arrested Mark A. Fritz, 21, 80 block of East Fifth Street, Peru, on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Friday, 2:17 a.m., police arrested Brittany K. Hoff, 19, 60 block of East Fifth Street, Peru, on a charge of minor consumption of alcohol.
