Arrests


Tuesday, 9:30 p.m., police arrested Allen M. Spence, 19, 1400 block of Apperson Way North, at Kohl’s, 2156 E. Boulevard, on a charge of aiding, inducing or causing theft. Police also arrested a 17-year-old female on a charge of theft.

Tuesday, 9:40 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male at 800 E. Hoffer St., on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol.

Tuesday, 9:48 p.m., police arrested Robert G. Paul, 41, 1000 block of East Wheeler Street, at that residence, on a charge of public intoxication.

Wednesday, 12:44 a.m., police arrested Amanda L. Shafer, 24, 1900 block of Logan Drive, in the 1000 block of East Firmin Street, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated; implied consent.

Wednesday, 9:03 a.m., police arrested Brice A. Slusher, 18, 1900 block of Apperson Way North, and two 16-year-old males, at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, each on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Wednesday, 11 a.m., deputies arrested Montez Harris, 19, 500 block of East Salem Drive, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for resisting law enforcement.

Wednesday, 11:10 a.m., deputies arrested Randall Spry, 22, 1500 block of North Leeds Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 11:19 a.m., deputies arrested Matthew Turben, 20, Marengo, Ind., at the Harrison County Jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 11:40 a.m., deputies arrested Brenda Woodard, 53, 1800 block of East Cadillac Drive, on a violation of drug court.

Wednesday, 12:11 p.m., deputies arrested Kari R. West, 33, Indianapolis, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Wednesday, 2:30 p.m., deputies arrested Paige Turley, 18, 600 block of Philadelphia Drive, at the Courthouse, on warrants for two counts of petition to revoke.

Wednesday, 2:45 p.m., deputies arrested Matthew Long, 19, Russiaville, at the Courthouse, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Wednesday, 4 p.m., deputies arrested Mark A. Moss, 23, Tipton, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for battery.

Wednesday, 4:06 p.m., deputies arrested Kenneth E. Bradley, 35, 1200 block of South Locke Street, at the Courthouse, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Wednesday, 5:06 p.m., police arrested Daniel D. Hill, 22, Amboy, at Marsh, 208 Southway Boulevard, on a charge of theft.

Wednesday, 6:53 p.m., police arrested Bobby L. Avery, 22, 400 block of East Sycamore Street, at 800 E. Hoffer St., on a body attachment warrant.

Wednesday, 8:01 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old female in the 800 block of Harvest Drive on a charge of runaway.

Wednesday, 9:09 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old female at Wal-Mart, 1920 E. Markland Ave., on a charge of conversion.

Wednesday, 9:20 p.m., deputies arrested Clifford Lamar, 37, 1400 block of West Murden Street, on warrants for possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

Wednesday, 10:45 p.m., state police arrested Jon B. Pope, 24, Greenfield, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Thursday, 12:29 a.m., police arrested Justin M. Harrington, 25, 5900 block of Council Ring Boulevard, at Alto Road and Cartwright Drive, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Thursday, 3:50 a.m., state police arrested Anthony Destefano, 28, Noblesville, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Thefts

Monday, 10:41 p.m., the theft of a $45 money order, $10 in cash and jewelry was reported from the 700 block of West Harrison Street.

Wednesday, 3:10 a.m., the theft of a white 1997 Buick LaSabre valued at $2,500 from the Comfort Inn, 522 Essex.
