Police reports - Sunday, Aug. 30, 2009

Miami County arrests

Monday, 10:55 a.m., deputies arrested Stacey A. Burks, 33, 200 block of Madison Avenue, Peru, on a warrant charge of theft.

Monday, 1:45 p.m,, police arrested Tabitha Higginbotham, 22, no address given, on a warrant charge of violation of in home detention.

Monday, 6:05 p.m., state police arrested Reha Green, 26, South Bend, on charges of driving while suspended with prior offenses and possession of paraphernalia.

Monday, 8 p.m., police arrested Daniel Roberts, 26, Monterey, on a Starke County warrant.

Tuesday, 2:04 a.m., police arrested Kevin D. Satterthwaite, 48, 20 block of Astrup Drive, Peru, on a warrant charge of failure to appear in court.

Tuesday, 1:10 p.m., deputies arrested Daniel W. Allen, 45, 1700 block of South Lincoln Street, Peru, on a warrant charge of theft.

Tuesday, 4:24 p.m., deputies arrested Donald R. Ousley Sr., 69, 500 block of West Main Street, Peru, on a warrant charge of pointing a firearm.

Tuesday, 5 p.m., police arrested James N. Howard, 24, 80 block of North Lee Street, Peru, on a warrant charge of forgery of a prescription.

Wednesday, 9:25 a.m., deputies arrested William P. May, 71, 200 block of Boulevard, Peru, on two warrant charges of theft.

Wednesday, 4:15 p.m., deputies arrested Kyle N. Lundie, 22, 400 block of West Seventh Street, Peru, on warrant charges of battery resulting in bodily injury, criminal confinement, intimidation and interfering with the reporting of a crime.

Howard County arrests

Friday, 1 a.m., police arrested Joshua Banks, 24, Peru, in the 3000 block of South LaFountain Street, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Friday, 4:15 a.m., state police arrested Jonathan P. Rife, 24, Kokomo, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person and reckless driving.

Friday, 11:18 a.m., police arrested Daryl Soderland, 33, Greentown, at Markland Avenue and Dixon Road, on a charge of possession of marijuana and a Carroll County warrant for invasion of privacy.

Friday, 11:35 a.m., police arrested Michael E. Wisehart, 40, 1100 north block of 400 West, on charges of possession of methamphetamine, dealing in meth, possession of a controlled substance, dealing in a controlled substance, possession of an illegal drug lab, possession of more than 10 grams of precursor, possession of marijuana and a warrant for sexual misconduct with a minor.
