Police reports - Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2009

Howard County arrests

Monday, 9:18 a.m., deputies arrested Latina M. Booth, 27, 2400 block of North Purdum Street, at that residence, on a warrant for theft.

Monday, 10 a.m., police arrested Kyle L. Bieghler, 24, 3800 block of Alameda Boulevard, at Apperson Way and Jackson Street, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and warrants for two counts of failure to appear and a body attachment. Police also arrested Patricia Sutherlin, 22, 400 block of North Webster Street, at Apperson Way and Taylor Street, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

Monday, 10:28 a.m., deputies arrested Gary Turrant, 55, Peru, at Miami County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Monday, 11:15 a.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Monday, 11:10 a.m., police arrested Robert G. Rivers, 42, Flora, at Menards, 1715 E. Havens St., on a charge of theft.
