Arrests
Tuesday, 10 a.m., deputies arrested Phillip Pepper, 29, on a warrant for driving while suspended.
Tuesday, 11:30 a.m., deputies arrested Anthony Hughley, 24, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.
Tuesday, noon, deputies arrested Sean Rogers, 20, on a warrant for body attachment.
Tuesday, 12:30 p.m., deputies arrested Amanda Ward, 26, on a warrant for purchase of more than 3 grams of precursor within a week.
Tuesday, 12:18 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old female at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, on charges of dealing in a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. Police also arrested a 17-year-old male on a charge of possession of marijuana and a 17-year-old female on a charge of dealing in a controlled substance.
Tuesday, 12:30 p.m., deputies arrested Harold Pittman, 52, on a warrant for failure to appear.
Tuesday, 2 p.m., deputies arrested Jacob Earnhardt, 21, on a warrant for battery.
Tuesday, 3 p.m., deputies arrested Wesley Ballard, 30, on a body attachment warrant.
Tuesday, 3:39 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male in the 700 block of Philadelphia Drive on a charge of incorrigibility.
Tuesday, 6:32 p.m., deputies arrested Kimberly Reece, 49, on a Marion County warrant.
Tuesday, 8:31 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male in the 400 block of West Mulberry Street, on a charge of possession of marijuana.
Tuesday, 10:34 p.m., deputies arrested Keith Gaillard, 38, on a warrant for failure to appear.
Wednesday, 3:40 a.m., police arrested Braedon Miller, 21, 500 block of Southlea Drive, at Defenbaugh and Webster streets, on a charge of public intoxication.
Wednesday, 8:55 a.m., deputies arrested Russell L. McCoy, 35, 1000 block of East Markland Avenue, at the Miami County jail, on a warrant for purchase of more than 3 grams of precursor within a week and a body attachment.
Wednesday, 10:20 a.m., deputies arrested Michael P. Randoph, 34, 2000 block of North Waugh Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.
Wednesday, 2:30 p.m., deputies arrested William B. Gunter, 50, 1800 block of North Ohio Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.
Wednesday, 4:37 p.m., police arrested Britt E. Carroll, 33, Kempton, at Kohl’s, 1540 E. Boulevard, on charges of theft and possession of a controlled substance.
Wednesday, 6:02 p.m., police arrested Thomas A. McGrew Jr., 30, Logansport, in Wabash County, on a charge of theft.
Wednesday, 6:12 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old female in the 1400 block of South Webster Street on a charge of incorrigibility.
Wednesday, 6:20 p.m., police arrested Luann A. Nolin, 55, Sharpsville, at Kokomo Events Center, 1900 E. North St., on a charge of public intoxication.
Wednesday, 6:51 p.m., police arrested Cheri Ladd-Wilkerson, 36, 1600 block of West Broadway Street, at Kokomo Events Center, 1900 E. North St., on a charge of public intoxication.
Wednesday, 6:53 p.m., police arrested Richard A. Cox, 52, Anderson, at Markland Avenue and Goyer Road, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, never obtaining a driver’s license and possession of marijuana.
Wednesday, 8:01 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old male in the 1500 block of East Jefferson Street, on a charge of battery.
Wednesday, 10:50 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old female in the 1400 block of South Webster Street, on a charge of incorrigibility.
Wednesday, 12:18 a.m., deputies arrested Keith M. Rogers, 36, 1300 block of East Vaile Avenue, at that residence, on a warrant for child molest.
Thursday, 3:33 a.m., deputies arrested Kylie Warner, 22, 2100 block of East Vaile Avenue, at that residence, on a warrant for failure to appear.
Thursday, 4 a.m., state police arrested Ryan Albertson, 22, on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Thefts
Monday, 7:46 a.m., the theft of an SKS 45 with a bayonet, an AK 47 rifle, a .44-caliber 6-shot cap and ball gun, a 16-gauge double barrel shotgun and a PlayStation valued at $1,550 was reported from the 1100 block of North Morrison Street.
Monday, 9:53 a.m., the theft of a 2008 Dodge cargo 6 X 2 foot trailer and miscellaneous tools valued at $3,150 was reported from the 400 block of Southway Boulevard.
Monday, 12:08 p.m., the theft of cash, wallet credit cards and miscellaneous items was reported from a vehicle in the 2900 block of Apperson Way North.
Monday, 1:14 p.m., the theft of a purple 50-cc mo-ped valued at $1,000 was reported from the 500 block of East Gano Street.
Tuesday, 7:59 a.m., the theft of $275 in tools was reported from the 1000 block of North Armstrong Street.
Tuesday, 10:38 a.m., the theft of a gray 2007 Dodge Ram was reported from the 400 block of South Western Avenue.
Tuesday, 10:39 a.m., the theft of a Craftsman tool box and tools valued at $1,000 was reported the 1300 block of South Armstrong Street.
Tuesday, 6:11 p.m., the theft of a wallet, credit cards and cash valued at $1,175 was reported from the 700 block of North McCann Street.
Tuesday, 6:59 p.m., the theft of two gold rings and cash was reported from the 1900 block of Saratoga Avenue.
