Howard County

Arrests


Friday, 3:29 a.m., police arrested Brian Henshaw, 25, 2500 block of Apperson Way North, at Park and Courtland avenues, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving while suspended.

Friday, 3:55 a.m., police arrested Henry Stone II, 36, 1200 block of East Taylor Street, at Taylor and Ohio streets, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Friday, 3:16 p.m., police arrested Zachary Burkhead, 24, 1100 block of West Jefferson Street, at that residence, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Friday, 6:35 p.m., police arrested Troy Killian, 32, 3500 north block of 00 East-West, at Washington and Morgan streets, on a warrant.

Friday, 10:36 p.m., police arrested Marcia Walden, 48, 1700 block of Carol Lynn Drive, at Delphos and Defenbaugh streets, on a warrant for driving while suspended.

Saturday, 12:33 a.m., police arrested Jeffrey W. Allen, 44, 900 block of East Mulberry Street, at McCann and Monroe streets, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Saturday, 1:34 a.m., police arrested Michael S. Davis, 50, 3000 Garden Place, at U.S. 31 and Lincoln Road, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Saturday, 1:35 a.m., police arrested Willie Harvard, 21, 800 block of West Foster Street, at Havens Street and Courtland Avenue, on charges of driving while suspended and domestic violence battery.

Saturday, 7:09 a.m., police arrested Michael A. Yager, 28, Fishers, at Misty Autumn Court and Berkley Road, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Saturday, 9 a.m., police arrested Ronald L. Campbell, 41, 900 block of East Monroe Street, in the 300 block of East Monroe Street, on a charge of public intoxication.

Saturday, 1:04 p.m., police arrested Kevin J. Taylor, 25, no address, at McCann and Washington streets, on charges of disorderly conduct and domestic violence battery.

Saturday, 2:24 p.m., police arrested Garry Nelson, 47, 800 block of West Virginia Avenue, in the 500 block of North Main Street, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Saturday, 2:31 p.m., police arrested Robert Hansen, 52, 500 block of North Main Street, on warrants for petition to revoke and failure to appear.

Thefts

Tuesday, 10:32 p.m., the theft of $2,780 in jewelry was reported from the 600 block of South Main Street.

Wednesday, 2:23 p.m., the theft of $241.65 in cash was reported from Fiesta Salons, 2118 E. Boulevard.

Thursday, 2:46 p.m., the theft of a Kenwood face-plate CD player valued at $350 was reported from a vehicle in the 1300 block of West Lincoln Road.

Thursday, 6:23 p.m., the theft of a Aero scooter valued at $400 was reported from the 3900 block of Amberwood Place.

Arrests


Aug. 29, 5:50 p.m., deputies arrested Terry L. Sargent, 24, Fort Wayne, on felony charges of dealing a schedule III controlled substance and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

Aug. 30, 3:05 p.m., deputies arrested Kimberly A. Krutz, 48, 400 east block of 200 North, Logansport, on a court order to serve four days in jail.

Tuesday, 2:19 a.m., police arrested Crystal S. Stambaugh, 20, 400 block of Apache Drive, Peru, on a warrant charge of failure to appear in court.

Tuesday, 2:36 a.m., police arrested Brittany Burkett, 19, 400 block of Warhawk Street, Peru, on a warrant.

Tuesday, 3:08 a.m., police arrested Jerrimia T. Madding, 30, 300 block of Adams Avenue, Peru, on a Delaware County warrant.

Tuesday, 4:05 a.m., police arrested Wesley N. Ballard, 30, 300 block of Jackson Street, Peru, on a Howard County warrant.

Aug. 30, 1:15 a.m., police arrested Steven D. Clos, 40, Atlanta, on two warrants for failure to appear.

Monday, 7:49 p.m., deputies arrested Jamie L. Stockdale, 18, 2200 block of Jefferson Street, Kokomo, on a charge of theft.

Tuesday, 9:11 p.m., deputies arrested Obet D. Diaz, 20, Lafayette, on a charge of never obtaining a driver’s license.

Tuesday, 11:31 p.m., deputies arrested Renne L. Hayes, 22, Springfield, Ill., on charge of driving while suspended.

Wednesday, 12:41 am., police arrested Tracy Smith, 23, Elwood, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 2:38 a.m., deputies arrested Billy J. Harris, 46, Tipton, on a warrant for battery, cruelty to animals and interfering with reporting a crime.

Friday, 5:15 a.m., deputies arrested Kelly Sawn, 48, Noblesville, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and reckless driving.

Saturday, 4:05 a.m., deputies arrested Molly E. Mannix, 21, Noblesville, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person.
