Sunday, 11:30 a.m., police arrested Cesar Rodriguez, 46, 700 block of North Dixon Road, at Lordeman and Ohio streets, on a Cass County warrant for a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Sunday, 4:14 p.m., police arrested Joshua J. Weese, 20, 600 block of West Markland Avenue, at Defenbaugh and Armstrong streets, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.
Sunday, 4:14 p.m., police arrested Napoleon Gracia Jr., 22, 900 block of South Lewis Street, at Defenbaugh and Armstrong streets, on a Class D felony marijuana possession charge.
