Howard County arrests

Friday, 12:32 a.m., police arrested Jury Duplessis, 34, 2200 block of North Washington Street, in the 1100 block of South Buckeye Street, on charges of public intoxication, a class B misdemeanor and battery, a class A misdemeanor.

Friday, 1:07 a.m., police arrested Ebony P. Small, 23, 600 block of North Dixon Road, in the 800 block of East Hoffer Street, on a charge of disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor.

Friday, 2:45 a.m., police arrested Ernest Lee Taylor Jr., 26, 400 block of North Phillips Street, in the 1800 block of South Plate Street on a charge of public intoxication, a class B misdemeanor.

Friday, 3:30 a.m., police arrested Heather Faris, 33, 1100 block of South Delphos Street, in the 1500 block of West Markland Avenue, for failure to appear.

Friday, 3:55 a.m., police arrested Joe Hicks Jr., 36, 2500 block of North Apperson Way, at that residence, on a charge of resisting law enforcement.

Friday, 10:35 a.m., police arrested Amber Maureen Cottrell, 24, 500 block of East Mulberry Street, in the 3100 block of South Lafountain Street, on a charge of theft, a class D felony.

Friday, 1:46 p.m. police arrested Charles William Boatwright, 23, 55 block of West King Street, at that residence, for failure to appear.

Friday, 3:45 p.m., police arrested Brandon Jamaal Arnett, 32, 400 block of East Broadway Street, at Bell and Broadway streets, on a warrant for child support.

Friday, 3:53 p.m., police arrested James E. Caldwell Jr., 32, Indianapolis, at Washington and Jackson streets, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Friday, 4:40 p.m., police arrested Sammie D. Horton, 54, 900 block of East Elm Street, at North and Delphos streets, on a charge of driving while suspended with priors, a class A misdemeanor.

Friday, 4:46 p.m., police arrested Patrick Wade Johnson, 24, 1000 block of East Havens Street, at North and Locke streets, on a charge of mischief, a class B misdemeanor.

Friday, 7:29 p.m., police arrested Elijah B. Dowdle, 48, 900 block of North Morrison Street, at that residence, on a charge of domestic battery, a class A misdemeanor.

Friday, 7:48 p.m., police arrested Kenetta K. Shuck, 36, 100 block of North Webster Street, in the 2100 block of West Sycamore Street, on a charge of theft, a class D felony.

Friday, 9:43 p.m., police arrested Beverly Dianne Moores, 30, 3500 north block 00 East West, in the 1700 block of East Lincoln Road, on two charges of possession of a schedule II controlled substance, a class D felony.

Friday, 9:58 p.m., police arrested Joseph G. Barton, 42, 300 block of North Courtland Avenue, in the 500 block of West Jefferson Street, on charges of public intoxication, a class B misdemeanor, mischief, a class A misdemeanor, and trespassing, a class A misdemeanor.

Friday, 10:01 p.m., police arrested Zakary J. Phillips, 30, Walton, at America’s Best Value, 1709 E. Lincoln Road, on charges of obstruction of justice, a class D felony, possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, a class D felony, and failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.

Friday, 11:11 p.m., police arrested Lisa Ann Bennett, 35, 900 block of South Buckeye Street, in the 1100 block of North Webster Street, on two charges of resisting law enforcement, a class D felony, resisting law enforcement, a class A misdemeanor, and violation of probation.

Saturday, 12:44 a.m., police arrested Bradley J. Dunlap, 46, 1800 block of North Morrison Street, in the 1800 block of West Markland Avenue, on charges of operating while intoxicated with .25 percent BrAC, a class C misdemeanor, and operating while intoxicated, a class A misdemeanor.

Saturday, 6:07 p.m., police arrested Elizabeth Nicholson, 29, 1500 block of North Washington Street, at Fast Lane Foods, on a body attachment.

Saturday, 8:07 p.m., police arrested Rhonda S. Ridge, 51, 1100 block of West Park Avenue, at Park Avenue and Washington Street, for failure to appear.

Saturday, 11:23 p.m., police arrested Lesa Young, 41, 4200 east block 200 South, at U.S. 31 and Center Road, on an attachment and charges of driving while suspended, a class A misdemeanor, reckless driving, a class B misdemeanor, resisting law enforcement, a class D felony, leaving the scene of an accident, a class A misdemeanor, and fictitious registration.

Sunday, 2:20 a.m., police arrested Wendy Lee Wickett, 48, 600 block of East Wheeler Street, in the 1000 block of East Firmin Street, on a charge of public intoxication, a class B misdemeanor.

Sunday, 2:28 a.m., police arrested Federiro Garcia, 35, Carmel, at the Howard County Sheriff Department, on charges of operating while intoxicated, a class C misdemeanor, operating a vehicle never licensed, and public intoxication, a class B misdemeanor.
