Arrests


Thursday, 7:35 a.m., deputies arrested Justin D. Pavese, 24, 2100 block of Lynn Drive, at U.S. 31 and 500 South, on a charge of theft.

Thursday, 9:30 a.m., deputies arrested Joshua W. Kicks, 25, 300 block of West Chandler Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Thursday, 10 a.m., deputies arrested Caroletta Hammond, 37, 400 block of North Calumet Street, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Thursday, 3:47 p.m., deputies arrested Danny M. Henry, 32, 400 block of West Walnut Street, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 4:20 p.m., police arrested Sara E. Williams, 26, 1000 block of South Buckeye Street, at that residence, on warrants for forgery and receiving stolen property.

Thursday, 5:53 p.m., deputies arrested James L. Johnson, 45, 700 block of East Taylor Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 10:08 p.m., deputies arrested Todd R. McElfresh, 44, 2100 block of Alton Drive, at that residence, on warrants for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with prior conviction, operating a vehicle with a BAC of .015 and reckless driving.

Friday, 7:27 p.m., police arrested Ernie N. Cleaver, 51, 1300 block of South Waugh Street, at that residence, on a charge of invasion of privacy.

Friday, 11:16 p.m., police arrested Stephanie Biehle, 26, 1900 block of Lynwood Drive, at Wheeler and Delphos streets, on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance. Police also arrested Milton Gayles, 25, 1200 block of East Jefferson Street, on a warrant for failure to attend batterer’s program; and Kathy Sargent, 37, 1900 block of East Havens Street, on charges of possession of marijuana and resisting law enforcement.

Friday, 11:22 p.m., police arrested Kevin M. Fields, 53, 600 block of South Armstrong Street, at Markland Avenue and Main Street, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and intimidation.

Saturday, 1:32 a.m., police arrested Marianna Hatfield, 46, 1500 block of South Market Street, at Market and Defenbaugh streets, on a charge of public intoxication. Police also arrested Teresa Cavazos, 50, 900 block of South Bell Street, on charges of driving while suspended and possession of marijuana.

Saturday, 12:05 a.m., police arrested Jeffrey Landrum, 42, 800 block of South Locke Street, at Markland Avenue and 17th Street, on charges of public intoxication, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with the intent to deal and possession of a handgun without a permit. Police also arrested Donnel C. Cook, 34, same address, on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with the intend to deal, and possession of a handgun without a permit.

Saturday, 2:57 a.m., police arrested Jerry T. Anderson, 39, 4000 west block of 250 South, at Alto Road and Cartwright Drive, on a charge of possession of a syringe.

Saturday, 5:25 p.m., deputies arrested Jay Lynn Wampler, 48, Frankfort, on a charge of operating while being a lifetime habitual traffic violator.

Saturday, 8 p.m., Windfall police arrested Trevor Dickey, 19, Macy, on charges of possession of marijuana and reckless possession of paraphenelia.

Sunday, 4:15 a.m., deputies arrested Jeffrey A. Blackford, 53, Mexico, on a charge of public intoxication.
