Howard County arrests

Friday, 9:06 a.m., police arrested Krista L. Van Winkle, 19, 2500 block of West Jefferson Street, in the 1000 block of Columbus Boulevard, on a Tipton County warrant for failure to appear.

Friday, 9:10 a.m., deputies arrested Angela K. Lane, 49, 600 block of East Taylor Street, at the Howard County Jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Friday, 2:45 p.m., deputies arrested Sonya T. Ruffin, 44, Peru, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear on two Class A felony cocaine dealing charges.

Friday, 4:47 p.m., deputies arrested Russell D. Holder, 20, 5100 block of Council Ring Boulevard, at home, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Friday, 4:50 p.m., deputies arrested William E. Shaffer, 45, 1200 block of North Armstrong Street, at home, on a warrant for invasion of privacy.

Saturday, 6:33 p.m., deputies arrested Khaley William Hamm, 19, Logansport, at the Galveston Fire Department, on a warrant for a Class D felony theft charge.

Saturday, 7:30 p.m., deputies arrested Charles R. Dockerty, 20, 2300 block of North Webster Street, in the 2500 block of North Armstrong Street, on warrants for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to appear, an additional charges of resisting law enforcement, and on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Saturday, 7:47 p.m., police arrested Duran M. Hizer, 21, 2200 block of North Waugh Street, in the 1900 block of North Bell Street, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Sunday, 1:03 a.m., deputies arrested Robert Lee Hutchinson, 34, Windfall, in the 1200 block of East Alto Road, for public intoxication.

Sunday, 3:25 a.m., police arrested Richard H. Ewing, 20, 2800 block of North Waugh Street, at Gano Street and U.S. 31, on misdemeanor charges of driving while suspended and possession of marijuana.

Sunday, 5 p.m., police arrested Michael P. Monroe, 30, 1200 block of West Havens Street, at home, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.
