Howard County arrests

Sunday, 1:12 a.m., police arrested Michael R. Miller, 50, 13500 south block of Miami County 200 West, at U.S. 31 and Morgan Street, on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Sunday, 2:10 a.m., police arrested Lesley D. Miller, 36, 2900 block of Heritage Drive, at U.S. 31 and North Street, on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Sunday, 2:22 a.m., police arrested Jamie R. Phifer, 50, 1200 block of Belvedere Drive, in the 1800 block of East Markland Avenue, on misdemeanor charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and implied consent.

Sunday, 3:02 a.m., police arrested Patrick M. Mula, 27, 600 block of North Berkley Road, at Plate and State streets, on two misdemeanor charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Sunday, 5:15 a.m., police arrested Amber J. Harland, 27, 4100 north block of 00 East/West, at U.S. 31 and Center Road, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Sunday, 5:15 a.m., police arrested Amie Y. Ferguson, 23, 1100 block of East Monroe Street, at 50 West and 300 South, for public intoxication.

Sunday, 1:03 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male and a 14-year-old male, in the 300 block of East Taylor Street, for incorrigibility.

Sunday, 8:25 p.m., police arrested Nicole M. Cooper, 22, Tall Timbers Trailer Court, at home, on a Class D felony theft charge.

Sunday, 11:35 p.m., police arrested a 13-year-old male, in the 400 block of Amberwood Circle, for incorrigibility.

Monday, 12:45 a.m., police arrested a 17-year-old female, at City Hall, for incorrigibility.
