Arrests


Friday, 4:35 p.m., deputies arrested Amber Cummings, 23, 300 block of South Union Street, at the Howard County jail, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Friday, 7:42 p.m., deputies arrested Jeremy E. Daniels, 33, 200 block of West Street, Russiaville, in the 500 block of East Alto Road, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Friday, 11:24 p.m., deputies arrested Shaun A.E. Days, 28, 3100 block of Orleans Drive, at home, on a misdemeanor public intoxication charge.

Saturday, 2:25 a.m., state police arrested Milton E. Gayles, 50, 1200 block of East Jefferson Street, at the Howard County jail, on a Class D felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Saturday, 2:55 a.m., deputies arrested Jami R. Smith, 37, Huntington, at 1400 East and U.S. 35, on a body attachment warrant.

Saturday, 4:50 a.m., state police arrested Kyle A. Keeney, 33, 100 block of North Green Street, Greentown, at the Howard County jail, on a Class D felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Saturday, 4:47 p.m., deputies arrested Erica S. Porter, 29, 4500 block of East 200 South, at home, on three warrants for failure to appear, and on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Sunday, 6:30 a.m., police arrested Victor David Ratliff, 20, 1600 block of North Webster Street, at 100 S. Union St., on the warrant for failure to appear.

Sunday, 8:30 p.m., police arrested Patrick W. Ray, 24, 1000 block of Waubesa Way, at North and Washington streets, on a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge.

Sunday, 8:30 p.m., police arrested Meriah E. New, 25, 800 block of Harvest Drive, at the Howard County jail, on a Class D felony marijuana possession charge.

Sunday, 11:26 p.m., police arrested Scottie J. Lunsford, 32, 800 block of North Courtland Avenue, at home, on a Class D felony domestic battery charge.

Monday, 12:17 a.m., deputies arrested Ricardo G. Fred Jr., 36, 400 block of West Markland Avenue, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 12:20 a.m., police arrested Steven E. Roberts, 51, 2200 block of West Jefferson Street, in the 1900 block of East Markland Avenue, on a misdemeanor public intoxication charge.

Monday, 1:14 a.m., police arrested a 14-year-old male, at North and Bell streets, on a misdemeanor battery charge.

Thefts

Friday, 5:40 p.m., the theft of items from a vehicle was reported in the 3200 block of Alameda Boulevard.

Saturday, 3 p.m., items were reported stolen from a residence in the 5900 block of Waubesa Way.

Sunday, 6:43 a.m., a safe and its contents were reported taken from Mac’s Market, 400 block of East Center Road. Loss valued at more than $2,000.

Sunday, 8:51 a.m., roofing materials were reported stolen from a residence’ driveway in the 3500 block of Kody Court.

Sunday, 2:32 p.m., a burglary was reported in the 6200 block of South 750 West.

Sunday, 4:55 p.m., the theft of tackle boxes and fishing items was reported in the 700 block of Cassville Road.

Sunday, 7:38 p.m., a John Deere riding mower was reported stolen from the 1200 block of South 900 East.
