Saturday, 4:20 a.m., state police arrested Kelcey J. Ackison, 19, 2000 block of Capitol Hill Court, at Park Road and Defenbaugh Street, on misdemeanor charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and illegal consumption of alcohol.

Saturday, 4:30 a.m., police arrested Abby Lynn Waldron, 21, 100 block of Briarwick Drive, Kokomo, at the intersection of Webster Street and Lynn Drive, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Saturday, 8:55 a.m., deputies arrested Garrett R. Johnson, 39, 2200 block of South 480 West, West Middleton, on a warrant for a misdemeanor charge of purchase of more than 3 grams of precursor in a week.

Saturday, 9:56 a.m., deputies arrested Tara Lynn Pitner, 26, 1500 block of West Markland Avenue, at home, on a warrant for failure to appear.
