Felony fugitive arrested in Kokomo

Kokomo police arrested one of Carroll County’s Most Wanted Wednesday at his residence in the 500 block of East Monroe Street.

Officers arrested Robin Mark Dillon, 41, at 2:22 p.m. without an incident on warrants for battery with a deadly weapon, criminal confinement, two counts of criminal deviate conduct, battery resulting in serious bodily injury, habitual traffic offender, interference with reporting a crime and mischief.

According to the Carroll County Sheriff Department, the warrant was issued in 2004. No more information was available about Dillon’s alleged actions.

Monday, 12:15 p.m., deputies arrested David W. Parr, 39, Windfall, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Monday, 1:49 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old female, at the Robert J. Kinsey Youth Center, on a charge of runaway.

Monday, 8:13 p.m., deputies arrested Ryan G. Craig, 23, 900 north block of 600 West, in the 3600 block of West Sycamore Street, on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Monday, 8:13 p.m., police arrested Markiss Young, 19, 600 block of Marsha Court, in the 3000 block of Vinton Circle, on charges of trespass and illegal consumption of alcohol.

Monday, 8:17 p.m., police arrested Stephanie Welliver, 37, 500 block of Elk Drive, at 1922 E. Markland Ave., on a body attachment warrant from Blackford County.

Monday, 8:25 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old male at Sears, 1235 S. Reed Road, on a charge of conversion.

Monday, 10:26 p.m., police arrested Damon Wilson, 31, 400 block of West Walnut Street, at that residence, on a Huntington County warrant for non support of a dependent.
