Arrests


Tuesday, 12:55 a.m., police arrested Jason A. Cafouras, 31, Indianapolis, in the 1900 block of South Reed Road, on charges of possession of marijuana and driving while suspended.

Tuesday, 1:29 a.m., deputies arrested Demarcus Green, 36, 200 block of Fawn Drive, at that residence, on a charge of domestic violence battery.

Tuesday, 1:40 a.m., deputies arrested Harold F. Mims Jr., 50, Peru, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Tuesday, 3:33 a.m., police arrested Jeffrey Garrity, 25, Cicero, at Melody Lane and Southway Boulevard, on a charge of inhaling toxic vapors.

Tuesday, 8:40 a.m., deputies arrested Frank J. Fouch, 37, Logansport, at the Courthouse, on a warrant for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Tuesday, 10 a.m., deputies arrested Michael A. Dickey, 40, 1900 block of North Jay Street, at the Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 10:08 a.m., police arrested James L. Bright, 39, 2100 block of North Waugh Street, at Vaile Avenue and Ohio Street, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Tuesday, 12:45 p.m., police arrested Teri L. Avila, 38, 1700 block of South Dixon Road, at 2905 W. Sycamore Street, on two body attachment warrants.

Tuesday, 1:30 p.m., deputies arrested Roger D. Mossholder, 39, 1200 block of North Webster Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for domestic violence battery.

Tuesday, 2:59 p.m., police arrested Darnell L. Means, 41, 400 block of South Union Street, at Sycamore Street and Apperson Way, on charges of driving while suspended and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Tuesday, 4 p.m., deputies arrested Dale L. Walker, 49, Marion, at the Courthouse, on a Miami County warrant for contempt of court.

Tuesday, 5:38 p.m., police arrested Sarah Campbell, 25, 500 block of East Mulberry Street, at Purdum and Taylor streets, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 7:37 p.m., police arrested Juan Ibarra Jr., 28, 1400 block of West North Street, at that residence, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 8:46 p.m., police arrested Shaila M. Howard, 23, Peru, at Wabash Avenue and Broadway Street, on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Police also arrested Adam B. Day, 20, 1900 block of South Park Road, on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Tuesday, 9:06 p.m., police arrested Jesse J. Miniear, 25, 1100 block of South Courtland Avenue, at that residence, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Tuesday, 11:05 p.m., deputies arrested Dawn C. Sullivan, 47, 500 block of Holly Lane, at the Howard County jail, on warrants for three counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Wednesday, 2:04 a.m., police arrested Jesse J. Miniear, 25, 1100 block of South Courtland Avenue, at Foster and Washington street, on charges of battery and domestic violence battery.

Wednesday, 3:06 a.m., police arrested Lawrence L. Martin, 37, 600 block of North Jay Street, at Main and Jefferson streets, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 2:49 p.m., police arrested Kimberly Ann Brandon, 45, 1000 block of South Leeds Street, in the 600 block of East Vaile Avenue, on a charge of operating a vehicle while being a habitual traffic violator.

Wednesday, 5:45 p.m., police arrested Larry Wilson, 52, 1000 block of North LaFountain Street, in the 1200 block of South Jay Street, on charges of residential entry and public intoxication.

Wednesday, 6:19 p.m., police arrested Harry L. Young, 48, 3600 block of Bradford Run, in the 900 block of North Jay Street, on a charge of domestic violence battery.

Wednesday, 7:42 p.m., police arrested Kenneth L. Mann, 61, 1700 block of North Leeds Street, at that residence, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 2:46 a.m., police arrested Kevmika Stokes, 26, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, at Firmin and Locke streets, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 11:35 a.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male in the 1200 block of South Cooper Street, on a charge of incorrigibility.

Thursday, 3:57 p.m., police arrested Bradley Frederick, 29, 1800 block of North Ohio Street, at North Street and Apperson Way, on a warrant for nonsupport.

Thursday, 5:13 p.m., police arrested Patrick Bitner, 29, 700 block of West Broadway Street, at that residence, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 5:20 p.m., police arrested Patrick Johnson, 25, 1000 block of East Havens Street, at that residence, on a warrant for criminal mischief.

Thursday, 5:27 p.m., police arrested Michael T. Anderson, 44, 800 block of East Taylor Street, in the 1000 block of East Havens Street, on a charge of possession of marijuana and two warrants for failure to appear.

Thursday, 6:47 p.m., police arrested Anthony Landrum, 20, 500 block of Southlea Drive, in the 900 block of South Washington Street, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 7:44 p.m., police arrested Julie R. Martin, 37, 500 block of East Spraker Street, at Taylor and Market streets, on a warrant for purchase of more than 3 grams of precursor within a week.

Thursday, 8 p.m., police arrested Ambrose Freeman, 23, 1000 block of North Bell Street, in the 900 block of Apperson Way North, on charges of resisting law enforcement, battery on a police officer and a felony warrant for dealing in cocaine.

Thursday, 8:23 p.m., police arrested Kevin Taylor, 25, homeless, at Washington and Mulberry streets, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 9:56 p.m., police arrested Luis Hernandez, 30, 2400 block of Apperson Way North, at that residence, on a warrant for battery.

Thursday, 10:41 p.m., police arrested Ryan VanHaecke, 32, 1200 block of South Delphos Street, at Markland Avenue and Locke Street, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Friday, 1:03 a.m., police arrested Joshua Pittman, 21, 200 block of South Elizabeth Street, and Anthony Pittman, 23, Galveston, at Apperson Way and Monroe Street, each on two counts of possession of stolen property and a charge of burglary.

Thefts

Monday, 10:15 a.m., the theft of copper and wire and tools valued at $1,500 were reported from the 600 block of West Sycamore Street.

Monday, 12:46 p.m., the theft of several gold rings valued at $600 were reported from the 1400 block of North Waugh Street.

Tuesday, 9:05 a.m., the theft of a rototiller and a 16-foot enclosed trailer valued at $3,500 was reported from the 1300 block of Touby Pike.

Wednesday, 5:41 p.m., the theft of a black powder pistol, a P-380 pistol and a Davis 2-shot Derringer from the 500 block of South Main Street.
