Arrests


Wednesday, 7:33 a.m., deputies arrested Kenneth A. Wesley, 29, Upland, at Chism’s Corner, on a warrants for three counts of failure to appear.

Wednesday, 10:25 a.m., deputies arrested Michael L. Ferenc, 37, Tipton, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Wednesday, 10:35 a.m., deputies arrested Joseph G. Barton, 43. 300 block of North Purdum Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Wednesday, 11:15 a.m., deputies arrested Holly Mitchell, 24, 2100 north block of 300 West, at the Courthouse, on a warrant for theft.

Wednesday, 11:45 a.m., deputies arrested Latoria McFarland, 22, Indianapolis, at the Marion County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 1:53 p.m., deputies arrested Joseph Good, 25, 800 block of West Monroe Street, at Monroe and Washington streets, on a charge of operating a vehicle while being a habitual traffic offender.

Wednesday, 10:02 p.m., deputies arrested Frederick W. Vaughn, 51, 1900 block of Apperson Way North, at the Howard County jail, on a two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Thursday, 12:50 a.m., deputies arrested Bobby Jennings II, 46, 2900 block of Albright Road, at that residence, on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Thursday, 8:47 a.m., deputies arrested Aaron T. Everhart, 30, 1600 block of South Plate Street, at that residence, on a body attachment warrant and petition to revoke.
