Arrests


Tuesday, 4:40 p.m., police arrested David S. Molden, 34, 1200 block of South Cooper Street, at that residence, on a Tipton County warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 5:40 p.m., police arrested Johnelle Rollins, 19, 3500 block of Southlea Drive, at Marsh, 208 E. Southway Blvd., on a charge of theft. Police also arrested a 14-year-old female on a charge of aiding, inducing or causing theft.

Tuesday, 6:06 p.m., police arrested John C. Templin, 46, 5100 block of South Webster Street, in the 200 block of Wickersham Drive East, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Tuesday, 6:14 p.m., police arrested Jeffrey A. Hayes, 42, 1700 block of South Buckeye Street, at that residence, on a warrant for failure to stop after an accident.

Tuesday, 7:35 p.m., police arrested Robert W. Small, 31, 1200 block of South Jay Street, at that residence, on charges of theft, public intoxication and a Cass County warrant for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Tuesday, 8:30 p.m., deputies arrested Victor Bowser, 20, 900 block of South Elizabeth Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for battery.

Tuesday, 10:48 p.m., deputies arrested Robert W. Small, 31, 1200 block of South Jay Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Wednesday, 12:25 a.m., state police arrested Napoleon Gracia Jr., 22, Brownsville, Texas, on charges of possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle while intoxicated (drugs).

Wednesday, 9:44 a.m., police arrested Robert N. Spurgeon, 28, 600 block of Aldridge Drive, at Washington and Monroe streets, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 11:55 a.m., police arrested John Evitts, 18, 600 block of East Gerhart Street, at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, on a charge of conversion.

Wednesday, 2:21 p.m., police arrested Summer Hill, 29, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, at that residence, on a warrant for child neglect.

Wednesday, 4:10 p.m., police arrested Brittany A. Holfchak, 20, 1000 block of South Indiana Street, at Markland Avenue and Washington Street, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Wednesday, 5:10 p.m., police arrested Christopher A. Mosier, 42, 5100 block of Kickapoo Drive, in the 1900 block of South Armstrong Street, on warrants for three counts of failure to appear.

Wednesday, 5:24 p.m., police arrested Cassandra M. Roberts, 28, 800 block of South Buckeye Street, at Fast Lane Foods, 174 E. North St., on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and a body attachment warrant.

Wednesday, 8:26 p.m., police arrested Carlos Mendoza-Vega, 28, 900 block of East Havens Street, at that residence, on a warrant for never obtaining a driver’s license.

Wednesday, 9:05 p.m., police arrested Loretta Balentine, 55, 900 block of East Walnut Street, at that residence, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Thursday, 2:22 a.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male in the 900 block of West Defenbaugh Street, on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol.

Thursday, 4:25 a.m., state police arrested Kevin M. Moore, 48, Zanesville, Ohio, on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Thursday, 11:18 a.m., deputies arrested Darren McKee, 26, 900 east block of 400 South, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for sexual battery.

Thursday, 11:47 a.m., deputies arrested Randy Obenchain, 35, 1600 block of North Lindsay Street, on a body attachment

warrant.

Thursday, 3 p.m., deputies arrested Jessica M. Dunlap, 24, 5900 block of Amberwood Place, in the 2400 block of North LaFountain Street, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Thursday, 3:35 p.m., police arrested Jerry Wisler, 35, 1100 block of South Ohio Street, on a body attachment warrant.

Thursday, 4:04 p.m., police arrested Christina Dunn, 44, 2500 block of Apperson Way North, at that residence, on a warrant for child neglect.

Thursday, 6:10 p.m., police arrested Aysha Guffey, 32, 2100 block of North Locke Street, at that residence, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and a warrant for theft.

Thursday, 6:43 p.m., police arrested Jose Herrera, 36, 1200 block of East Murden Street, in the 1800 block of East Markland Avenue, on warrants for petition to revoke a suspended sentence, domestic violence battery and interfering with the reporting of a crime.

Thursday, 7:39 p.m., police arrested Emily R. Canady, 25, 2900 block of Amberwood Place, at that residence, on a warrant for theft.

Thursday, 9:10 p.m., police arrested Jerry Horton, 27, 600 block of East Richmond Street, at that residence, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Thefts

Wednesday, 7:30 a.m., the theft of a Sony stereo, speakers, subwoofers and an amplifier was from a vehicle in the 3000 block of South LaFountain Street.

Wednesday, 10:03 a.m., the theft of a purse, cash and contents valued at $550 was reported from a vehicle in the 700 block of East Firmin Street.

Thursday, 7:46 a.m., the theft of two weedeaters, a push mower, a trimmer and a trolling motor was reported from a storage shed in the 1300 block of East Vaile Avenue.
