Arrests


Saturday, 4:02 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old girl, 29000 block of Fillmore Road, New Carlisle, at 1805 E. Markland Ave., on a charge of theft.

Saturday, 9:27 p.m., police arrested Mark Anthony Ross, 41, 700 block of Dixon Road, at the intersection of Markland Avenue and Locke Street, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Saturday, 9:27 p.m., police arrested Amber Francyne Stroman, 54, 700 block of Dixon Road, at the intersection of Markland Avenue and Locke Street, on a body attachment warrant.

Sunday, 2:42 a.m., police arrested Troy L. Howell, 29, 2300 block of Main Street, at in the 3000 block of Matthew Drive, on a charge of operating while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .18.

Thefts

Friday, 7 p.m., the theft of 67 DVDs, 78 VHS tapes and one metal DVD stand was reported from a home in the 1600 block of Courtland Avenue.

Saturday, 11 a.m., the theft of $280 cash was reported from a home in the 400 block of Boulevard.
