Arrests


Thursday, 9:27 a.m., police arrested a 14-year-old male in the 2100 block of North Webster Street, on a charge of battery.

Thursday, 10 a.m., deputies arrested Ryan Durr, 25, 1600 block of Boca Raton Boulevard, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for possession of marijuana.

Thursday, 10:48 a.m., deputies arrested Kenneth W. Watson, 44, 1900 block of South Armstrong Street, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Thursday, 11:20 a.m., deputies arrested Loren Vereen, 26, 1000 block of East Walnut Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for invasion of privacy.

Thursday, 12:15 p.m., deputies arrested Ronald L. Wiles, 46, 1700 block of South Purdum Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for battery.

Thursday, 2:05 p.m., police arrested Peggy J. Nay, 46, 6000 block of Council Ring Boulevard, at Lincoln Road and Washington Street, on a body attachment warrant.

Thursday, 2:22 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old female at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road on a charge of escape.

Thursday, 2:59 p.m., police arrested Nicholas A. Sparling, 23, 900 block of Danbury Drive, at 800 E. Hoffer St., on a charge of domestic violence battery.

Thursday, 3:22 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old female in the 1100 block of North Washington Street, on a charge of runaway.

Thursday, 5:17 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old female in the 1300 block of West Taylor Street, on a charge of escape.

Thursday, 6:41 p.m., police arrested Christopher Andre, 19, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, at that residence, on a charge of resisting law enforcement and warrants for domestic violence battery and interference with reporting of a crime.

Thursday, 8:27 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male at Meijer, 2301 E. Markland Ave., on a charge of conversion.

Thursday, 9 p.m., police arrested Cody A. Hicks, 18, 1200 block of West Walnut Street, at Webster and Elk streets, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Thursday, 9:45 p.m., police arrested Bryan L. Howey, 27, 900 block of West Park Avenue, in the 700 block of East Firmin Street, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Friday, 1 a.m., police arrested Victoria Livingston, 23, and Ryan J. Livingston, 27, both of 800 block of South Washington Street, at that residence, each on a body attachment warrant.

Friday, 2:28 a.m., police arrested Christopher VanLue, 18, 800 block of West State Street, at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, on charges of possession of a knife on school property and possession of marijuana. Police also arrested a 17-year-old male on charges of possession of knife on school property and possession of a controlled substance.

Friday, 5:04 p.m., police arrested Devin Spruill, 24, 2800 block of Amberwood Place, at that residence, on charges of domestic violence battery and strangulation.
