Arrests


Friday, 6:40 p.m., police arrested Kathleen Sanders, 44, 400 block of North McCann Street, in the 1400 block of South Reed Road, on a charge of theft and a body attachment warrant.

Friday, 9 p.m., police arrested Kay Jackson Sr., 53, 1700 block of East Dodge Street, at that residence, on a charge of domestic violence battery.

Saturday, 1:04 a.m., police arrested William R. Perry, 41, Marion, in the 1700 block of East Markland Avenue, on a charge of public intoxication.

Sunday, 12:18 p.m., police arrested Creighton McCutcheon, 40, no address listed, at 1118 Webster St. on a charge of public intoxication.

Sunday, 3:25 a.m., police arrested Guadalupe McGuire, 31, 1100 block of West Jefferson Street, at the intersection of Vaile Avenue and Bell Street on charges of never obtaining and public intoxication.

Theft

Friday, 1:45 a.m., the theft of a 36-inch Vizio Plasma TV valued at $900 from the 100 block of Sussex Drive.
