Arrests


Monday, 9:12 p.m., police arrested Mark Jewell, 47, 2600 block of North Washington Street, at Apperson Way and Markland Avenue, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Tuesday, 10:13 a.m., police arrested Jeremiah Rust, 23, 3500 block of West Clover Lane, in the 2300 block of South Washington Street, on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident.

Tuesday, 11:41 a.m., police arrested Shane Lawrence, 29, 2300 block of Elva Drive, at that residence, on four counts of dealing in a controlled substance.

Tuesday, 1:57 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old female at Kokomo High School, on a charge of receiving stolen property.

Tuesday, 3:04 p.m., police arrested Charles A. Clark, 36, 5500 block of Menomonee Drive, at Markland Avenue and Dixon Road, on a body attachment warrant.

Tuesday, 4:06 p.m., police arrested Pierre S. Malone, 41, 1000 block of East Elm Street, at Elm Street and Courtland Avenue, on two counts of dealing in a controlled substance and dealing in a narcotic drug.

Tuesday, 4:11 p.m., police arrested Lori Malone, 39, 1600 block of Boca Raton Boulevard, at Elm Street and Courtland Avenue, on a charge of aiding, inducing or causing dealing in a controlled substance.

Tuesday, 5:46 p.m., police arrested Clarence D. Fischer, 45, Peru, in the 5100 block of Clinton Drive, on a charge of public intoxication.

Tuesday, 6:05 p.m., police arrested Brooke R. Hammer, 26, 1400 block of South Home Avenue, at that residence, on warrants for theft and fraud.

Tuesday, 6:15 p.m., police arrested Deborah F. Gibbs, 36, 700 block of South Courtland Avenue, in the 2300 block of West Sycamore Street, on a body attachment warrant.

Tuesday, 10:54 p.m., police arrested Anthony Sutton, 27, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, at that residence, on a warrant for nonsupport of a child.

Thefts

Sunday, 11:16 a.m., the theft of cash, five cans of Busch Light beer and a Boy Scout knife was reported from a vehicle in the 2500 block of North Armstrong Street.

Monday, 2:24 p.m., the theft of a debit card, a Dell laptop computer and carrying case was reported from a vehicle in the 800 block of Harvest Drive.

Monday, 11:17 p.m., the theft of $190 in coins was reported from the 1300 block of South Cooper Street.

Tuesday, 7:30 a.m., the theft of a silver iPod valued at $150 from the Kokomo High School.

Tuesday, 3:27 p.m., the theft of DVDs and a money card valued at $500 from the 1300 block of South Waugh Street.
