Oct. 13, 3:03 p.m., deputies arrested Cartas Brooks, 29, 300 block of Kingsmill Drive, Logansport, for a probation violation.

Oct. 13, 5:50 p.m., police arrested Jason S. Love, 32, 900 block of Cherry Lane, on a 48-hour hold.

Oct. 13, 8:30 p.m., police arrested Tom Stevens, 45, 100 block of South Hood Street, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Oct. 14, 11:28 a.m., deputies arrested Andre C. Turner, 38, Westville Correctional Center, on a court order.

Oct. 14, 2:20 p.m., police arrested Brandon L. Martin, 20, 200 block of Adams Avenue, on a charge of visiting a common nuisance.

Oct. 14, 2:30 p.m., police arrested Andrew R. Bedwell, 400 block of East Fifth Street, on a charge of possession of marijuana less than 30 grams within 1,000 feet of a school.

Oct. 14, 2:30 p.m., police arrested Heather Carpenter, 19, 2900 block of West 300 South, on a charge of visiting a common nuisance.

Oct. 14, 4:30 p.m. police arrested Jane Mikesell, 31, Indianapolis, on a charge of visiting a common nuisance.

Oct. 14, 9 p.m., police arrested John D. Stickler, 19, 200 block of South Broadway, on a charge of possession of marijuana less than 30 grams.

Oct. 14, 10:15 p.m., police arrested Troy A. Sowell, 32, 70 block of East Third Street, on a felony charges of dealing cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of cocaine over 3 grams, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of marijuana less than 30 grams.

Oct. 15, 12:50 a.m., police arrested Frank A. Thorpe, 27, 100 block of West Seventh Street, on a charge of battery on a law enforcement officer and criminal recklessness.

Oct. 15, 3 p.m., police arrested Samuel D. Townsend, 20, 300 block of Cherokee Court, on a charge of sexual misconduct with a minor.

Oct. 16, 1:16 p.m., deputies arrested Kari R. West, 33, Indianapolis, on a felony charge of burglary.

Oct. 16, 6 p.m., police arrested Brandon M. Morris, 21, 500 block of East Main Street, on a 48-hour hold.

Oct. 16, 11:15 p.m., deputies arrested Paulette R. Harris, 60, 3400 block of Westover Street, on a Howard County warrant on a fraud charge.

Saturday, 2:45 a.m., deputies arrested Jeffrey L. Adams, 48, 2200 block of West Locke Street, Kokomo, on a charge of probation violation.

Saturday, 3:23 a.m., police arrested Ryan D. Hines, 30, 200 block of South Lincoln Street, on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Saturday, 4:15 p.m., police arrested Richard Young, 43, 3000 block of Honey Court, Kokomo, on a charge of habitual traffic offender for life.

Saturday, 10:50 p.m., police arrested Damian Phelps, 22, 200 block of West Canal Street, for a parole violation.
