Arrests


Saturday, 4:45 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old girl, 1700 block of Columbus Boulevard, at 701 S. Berkley St., on a charge of runaway.

Saturday, 10:28 p.m., police arrested Phillip Ray Rogers, 19, 200 block of Mulberry Street, at 505 W. Mulberry St., on charges of public intoxication and illegal consumption.

Saturday, 1:50 a.m., police arrested Richard E. Lowery, 42, 400 block of North Phillips Street, at the intersection of Jefferson Street and Dixon Road, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Saturday, 2:05 a.m., police arrested a 17-year-old girl, 4200 block of West Old Stone Road, Peru, at 1920 E. Markland Ave., on a charge of conversion.

Saturday, 2:05 a.m., police arrested a 17-year-old girl, 4700 block of South 1350 East, at 1920 E. Markland Ave., on a charge of conversion.
