Howard County arrests

Friday, 8:25 a.m., deputies arrested Bradley J. Dunlap, 49, 5900 block of Arrowhead Boulevard, in the 1300 block of North Reed Road, on a misdemeanor public intoxication charge.

Friday, 9:15 a.m., deputies arrested Douglas L. LaPlante, 50, Logansport, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Friday, 11:35 a.m., deputies arrested John E. Rogers, 43, no address given, at the Madison County Jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Friday, 3 p.m., deputies arrested Jennifer L. Caruso, 36, 1400 block of South Buckeye Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for two Class D felony counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Friday, 5:01 p.m., deputies arrested Thomas S. Porter, 39, 300 block of East Firmin Street, at home, on warrants for Class D felony charges of intimidation and criminal recklessness.

Saturday, 10:31 a.m., deputies arrested Lawrence Brodhead, 26, Lafayette, at the Howard County jail, on four warrants for failure to appear, and on two petitions to revoke a suspended sentence.

Saturday, 12:02 p.m., deputies arrested David A. Wray, 37, 700 block of South Market Street, at home, on a Class D felony domestic battery charge, and on a misdemeanor charge of interfering with the reporting of a crime.

Saturday, 8:51 p.m., deputies arrested Jimmy L. Coates, 48, 1000 block of Waubesa Court, in the 3800 block of South 00 East/West, on a misdemeanor public intoxication charge.

Sunday, 1:50 a.m., police arrested Richard E. Lowery, 52, 400 block of North Phillips Street, at Jefferson Street and Dixon Road, on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Sunday, 1:26 p.m., deputies arrested Joel A. Moore, 36, 6000 block of Arrowhead Boulevard, in the 400 block of Kentucky Drive, on misdemeanor charges of marijuana and paraphernalia possession.

Sunday, 3:39 p.m., police arrested Jeffrey K. Moon, 26, 1100 block of North McCann Street, at home, on a body attachment warrant.

Sunday, 3:53 p.m., police arrested David L. Ray, 37, 3600 block of South 350 East, at Washington Street and Markland Avenue, on two body attachment warrants.

Sunday, 4:35 p.m., police arrested Gary W. Peterson, 22, 2600 block of North Washington Street, at home, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Sunday, 5:18 p.m., police arrested Andrew J. Harper, 26, 4900 block of Council Ring Boulevard, in the 1200 block of West Havens Street, on a Grant County body attachment warrant.

Sunday, 7:02 p.m., police arrested Daniel D. Harris, 33, 600 block of Somerset Drive, at home, on a body attachment warrant.

Sunday, 7:59 p.m., police arrested Christa Vanwinkle, 20, 1100 block of South Plate Street, in the 800 block of East Hoffer Street, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Sunday, 9:57 p.m., police arrested Kenneth T. Burton, 43, 2500 block of Sherman Drive, at home, on two body attachment warrants.

Sunday, 9:57 p.m., police arrested Mary Beth Burton, 39, 2500 block of Sherman Drive, at home, on a body attachment warrant.

Miami County arrests

Saturday, 9:05 a.m., deputies arrested Abigail I. Irwin, 19, 3700 block of West Ind. 18, Kokomo, on a charge of theft.

Saturday, 12:20 p.m., state police arrested Todd A. Lanning, 27, 4900 block of Arrowhead Boulevard, Kokomo, on a Madison County warrant charge of contempt of court.

Saturday, 9:45 p.m., deputies arrested Robby L. Emery, 20, 45100 block of North Paw Paw Pike, Peru, on a charges of possession of marijuana less than 30 grams.

Saturday, 9:45 p.m., deputies arrested Gregory Ousley, 20, 10 block of South Tippecanoe Street, Peru, on a charge of possession of marijuana less than 30 grams.

Sunday, 12:25 p.m., police arrested Clark S. Conner, 19, 600 block of Grand Avenue, Peru, on charges of minor consumption of alcohol and trespassing.

Sunday, 10:10 p.m., police arrested Travis R. Highly, Marion, on a warrant charge of residential entry.
