Police reports - Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2009

Howard County arrests

Monday, 10:15 a.m., deputies arrested Marcus Whitehead, 40, 2100 block of North Armstrong Street, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a warrant for nonsupport of a child.

Monday, 11:05 a.m., deputies arrested Erick Rutherford, 21, Columbus, at the Bartholomew County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear for fees hearing.

Monday, 11:15 a.m., police arrested James L. Bright, 40, Peru, at Clinton and Kentucky drives, on a body attachment warrant.

Monday, 4:50 p.m., deputies arrested Joshua Newton, 19, 2100 block of North Leeds Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Monday, 8:57 p.m., police arrested Amanda M. Wallace, 19, 1100 block of East Jefferson Street, on a Virginia warrant for abduction by a parent.

Monday, 9 p.m., police arrested two 16-year-old males at the Kokomo Police Department each on a charge of burglary.

Monday, 10:26 p.m., police arrested Alissa L. Clark, 29, 800 block of Preble Street, at that residence, on charges of three counts of possession of a controlled substance and a warrant for aiding, inducing or causing invasion of privacy.
