Arrests


Sunday, 1:35 a.m., state police arrested William A. Beck, 60, 2500 block of Park Road, at U.S. 31 and Alto Road, on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Sunday, 3:55 a.m., state police arrested Charles Lee McGraw Jr., 28, 1200 block of South Elizabeth Street, at U.S. 31 and Southway Boulevard, on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Sunday, 5:25 a.m., state police arrested Robert B. Smith, 43, Converse, in Converse, on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Sunday, 12:10 p.m., deputies arrested Stephen A. Jones, 31, 4900 block of South 200 East, at 600 South and 200 East, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Sunday, 5:42 p.m., police arrested Vaughn L. Hannibal, 33, 900 block of East Jefferson Street, at home, on a Class D felony domestic battery charge.

Sunday, 7:05 p.m., deputies arrested Branden K. Archer, 28, 3900 block of Alameda Boulevard, in the 500 block of East Broadway, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence and a body attachment warrant.

Sunday, 8:07 p.m., deputies arrested Joseph F. Markert, 38, 7200 block of West 320 South, Russiaville, at home, on a warrant for non-compliance with in-home detention.

Sunday, 8:19 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old female, in the 1900 block of East Markland Avenue, on a Class D felony theft charge.

Sunday, 8:50 p.m., police arrested Frank Abney Jr., 32, 200 block of North Market Street, in the 2100 block of West Sycamore Street, on a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended with priors.

Sunday, 9:49 p.m., police arrested Charles F. Hancock, 58, 2200 block of North Plate Street, at North Street and Apperson Way, on a Class D felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and on misdemeanor charges of public intoxication and battery.

Monday, 12:52 a.m., deputies arrested Jay E. Lingo, 25, 5900 block of Mendota Drive, at home, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 12:26 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old female at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Monday, 12:35 p.m., police arrested a 13-year-old male in the 2700 block of Apperson Way North, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Monday, 3:05 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old male at Havens and McCann streets, on a charge of operator never licensed.

Monday, 3:27 p.m., police arrested Miguel Hernandez, 22, 400 block of West Lincoln Road, at Defenbaugh and Washington streets, on a charge of operator never licensed.

Monday, 4:13 p.m., police arrested Reggie M. Balentine, 32, 1700 block of Buick Lane, at Sycamore and Ohio streets, on a charge of obstruction of justice.

Monday, 4:58 p.m., police arrested Samantha A. Oldaker, 31, 200 block of Southwestern Avenue, at that residence, on a Huntington County warrant for failure to appear and Howard County warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts

Monday, 2:18 p.m., the theft of a money bag valued at between $2,000 and $5,000 was reported from the 1300 block of South Home Avenue.

Tuesday, 1:40 a.m., the theft of two VCRs, two TVs, two stereos, miscellaneous jewelry and clothing was reported from the 900 block of East Monroe Street.
