Arrests


Tuesday, 9:46 p.m., police arrested Gregory L. Darden, 51, 300 block of West Harrison Street, at Markland and Courtland avenues, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 11:53 p.m., police arrested Mark A. Fulkerson, 45, 3000 block of Vinton Circle, at the Howard County jail, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Wednesday, 12:02 a.m., police arrested Joseph Snyder, 21, 5000 block of Council Ring Boulevard, at North and Market streets, on a charge of operator never licensed.

Wednesday, 9 a.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male and a 16-year-old male at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, each on a charge of truancy.

Wednesday, 12:20 p.m., deputies arrested Michael Frederick, 51, Wells County, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 12:53 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old female at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, on a charges of disorderly conduct.

Wednesday, 3:58 p.m., deputies arrested Jonathon H. Green, 25, Fairmont, at Chism’s Corner, Ind. 22 and Ind. 13, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 4 p.m., police arrested Robert S. Weir, 40, 1000 block of West Jackson Street, at that residence, on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

Wednesday, 4:04 p.m., police arrested Delmar S. Johnson, 38, 1200 block of South Dixon Road, at 1709 E. Lincoln Road, on a charge of false informing and a Kosciusko County warrant for failure to appear and two Howard County warrants for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 4:20 p.m., deputies arrested Matthew Crumbley, 23, 700 block of West Walnut Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for domestic violence battery.
