Police seek man wanted on warrants

Kokomo police are asking for the public’s help in locating wanted fugitive Matthew Paul Clark.

Clark, 32, is wanted on numerous warrants, with charges including dealing in methamphetamine, resisting law enforcement, and forgery, Lt. Don Whitehead reported.

Police are profiling Clark on Central Indiana’s Crimestoppers program in hopes of capturing the fugitive.

Clark is about 5 feet 10 inches tall, 225 pounds, with brown hair, and blue eyes.

Arrests


Wednesday, 6:13 p.m., police arrested Charles Jewell, 55, 1400 block of West Tate Street, in the 1900 block of East North Street, on a charge of public intoxication.

Wednesday, 7:30 p.m., deputies arrested Kenneth D. Evans, 29, 200 block of Southlea Drive, at the Howard County jail, on warrants for possession of marijuana and failure to appear.

Wednesday, 9:15 p.m., police arrested Tara Dowler, 21, 500 block of North Market Street, at Meijer, 2301 E. Markland Ave., on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement.

Thursday, 1:49 a.m., deputies arrested Zachary Sebastian, 28, Peru, Cassville Market, on a body attachment warrant.

Thursday, 2:01 a.m., police arrested Timothy Bratcher, 34, 1300 block of South Waugh Street, in the 400 West Walnut Street, on charges of possession of paraphernalia, public intoxication and warrants for failure to appear and petition to revoke.

Thursday, 10:37 a.m., deputies arrested Cynthia Fleming, 28, 500 block of South Main Street, at the Courthouse, on warrants for five counts of failure to appear.

Thursday, 1:09 p.m., deputies arrested Robert E. Antrim, 34, 2700 block of North Washington Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for theft.

Thursday, 1:10 p.m., deputies arrested Curtis Galloway, 20, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, at Westville Correctional Facility, on warrants for two counts of petition to revoke a suspended sentence and two counts of failure to appear.

Thursday, 1:28 p.m., deputies arrested Alex Shipp, 26, 1000 block of South McCann Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for attempted invasion of privacy.

Thursday, 2:39 p.m., deputies arrested Edward J. Wright, 27, 700 block of East Mulberry Street, at the Courthouse, on warrants for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Theft

Thursday, 8:46 a.m., the theft of a Porter Cable air compressor valued at $700 was reported from the 800 block of West Jefferson Street.
