Arrests


Tuesday, 7:36 a.m., deputies arrested Raymie J. Smith, 40, 4800 West block of 800 North, Denver, on a warrant charge of contempt of court.

Tuesday, 9:30 a.m., deputies arrested Dennis L. Webb, 49, Bloomington, to serve 48 hours in jail.

Tuesday, 6:23 p.m., deputies arrested Daniel W. Myers, 38, 5100 North block of Ind. 18, Peru, on a warrant charge of bond revocation.

Tuesday, 7:05 p.m., deputies arrested Robert R. Maldonado, 28, 100 block of East Franklin Street, Peru, on felony charges of dealing cocaine, possession of cocaine and maintaining a common nuisance.

Tuesday, 8 p.m., deputies arrested Justin L. Moore, 18, 500 block of West Third Street, Peru, on charges of dealing marijuana, possession of marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance.

Tuesday, 10:25 p.m., state police arrested Samuel J. Crippen, 19, 2000 block of Shaw Avenue, Peru, on a charge of possession of marijuana greater than 30 grams.

Wednesday, 2:01 a.m., police arrested Daniel F. Pickens, 21, 1200 block of North Country Club Road, Peru, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, refusal.

Wednesday, 11:25 a.m., state police arrested Wilfer Ronaldo Pineda, 22, Plymouth, on a charge of operating a vehicle while never licensed.

Thursday, 1:15 a.m., police arrested Zachary Sebastian, 28, 200 West block of 650 South, Peru, on a Howard County warrant charge of contempt of court.

Thursday, 9:35 a.m., deputies arrested Larry Markley, 49, 12000 North block of 400 West, Macy, on a warrant to serve five years and 205 days in the Indiana Department of Correction.

Thursday, 11:15 a.m., deputies arrested Brock Gallahan, no age given, San Francisco, Calif., on a Miami County warrant.

Thursday, 3:30 p.m., state police arrested Brian Johnson, 31, Rochester, on a court order.

Arrests

Friday, 6:39 p.m., police arrested Phillip Tucker, 52, 1400 block of North Locke Street, in the 1500 block of East Boulevard, on a charge of public intoxication.
