Howard County arrests

Friday, 10:25 a.m., deputies arrested Donald Bowman, 48, 1000 block of East Monroe Street, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Friday, 11:15 a.m., deputies arrested Melissa L. Biddle, 35, 1000 block of Springwater Road, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a body attachment warrant.

Saturday, 12:45 a.m., deputies arrested Tonya N. Winchester, 35, 5000 block of Council Ring Boulevard, at 250 North and 600 East, on a Class D felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and on a Class D felony possession of a controlled substance charge.

Saturday, 3:55 p.m., deputies arrested Robert Lee Hoffman, 24, Peru, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Saturday, 2:57 p.m., deputies arrested John W. Thatcher, 41, 1100 block of North Philips Street, in the 1300 block of West Jefferson Street, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Saturday, 7:05 p.m., deputies arrested Devon J. Crume, 19, 900 block of South Webster Street, at the Howard County jail, on four warrants: one count of burglary, Class B felony; two counts of burglary, Class C felony; and one count of theft, Class D felony.

Saturday, 7:32 p.m., deputies arrested Karen M. Prifogle, 32, 4900 block of Council Ring Boulevard, at home, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Saturday, 10:47 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old girl at 1920 E. Markland Ave., on a charge of conversion. Police also arrested a 17-year-old girl at the same time and place and on the same charge.

Saturday, 10:48 p.m., police arrested Christopher Daniel Ryan, 37, 1400 block of Styer Avenue, at 1723 S. Union St., on charges of public intoxication and possession of marijuana.

Sunday, 12:29 a.m., deputies arrested Matthew A. Cottingham, 23, 1300 block of North Bell Street, at home, on a warrant for three counts of burglary as a Class B felony.

Sunday, 2:28 a.m., deputies arrested Ricky L. Miner, 27, 2300 block of East Carter Street, at home, on a misdemeanor battery charge.

Sunday, 7:09 p.m., deputies arrested Lance Karns, 49, 600 block of South Union Street, at Morgan Street and U.S. 31, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Sunday, 7:09 p.m., police arrested Nick J. Miller, 23, 900 block of South Buckeye Street, in the 1100 block of East Sycamore Street, on a misdemeanor resisting law enforcement charge, and on warrants for possession of cocaine as a Class C felony, and on a Class D felony marijuana possession.

Tipton County arrests

Tuesday, 6 p.m., deputies arrested Bethany M. Cripe, 23, Kokomo, on a charge of driving while suspended with priors.

Tuesday, 10:30 p.m., deputies arrested Jacob E. Stansberry, 35, Elwood, on a charge of possession of marijuana and a warrant for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and maintaining a common nuisance.

Friday, 11:46 p.m., deputies arrested Justin Wade Helton, 20, 10200 block of West 400 North, Kempton, on charges of driving while suspended, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.

Saturday, 3:30 a.m., troopers arrested Derrik Scott Nunemochar, 24, 300 block of South East Street, Tipton, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Saturday, 11 p.m., deputies arrested Rhonda R. Hagerty, 39, 200 block of New Street, Windfall, on charges of theft and possession of a controlled substance.
