Arrests


Thursday, 5:34 p.m., police arrested Derrick L. Green, 27, 1400 block of North Bell Street, at that residence, on charges of resisting law enforcement, possession of a controlled substance and a warrant for petition to revoke.

Thursday, 7:18 p.m., deputies arrested Austin L. Reed, 19, 1000 block of West Walnut Street, at that residence, on a warrant for noncompliance.

Friday, 12:27 a.m., police arrested Christy A. Horton, 31, 600 block of West Monroe Street, at Jefferson and Indiana streets, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving while suspended.

Friday, 4:02 a.m., deputies arrested Christopher Clement, 22, 12000 block of South U.S. 31, at 5542 N. 00 East-West, on warrants for two counts of failure to appear.

Friday, 2:50 p.m., police arrested a 12-year-old male in the 2700 block of Apperson Way North, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Friday, 3:29 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old female at Wal-Mart, 1920 E. Markland Ave., on a charge of theft.

Friday, 5:21 p.m., police arrested Reginald Garrett, 25, 800 block of North Union Street, at that residence, on a Tipton County warrant for failure to register as a sex offender and a charge of possession of marijuana.

Friday, 5:31 p.m., police arrested Bruce Clark, 41, 3000 block of Vinton Circle, on a warrant for battery.

Friday, 9:11 p.m., police arrested Shawn Bergin, 23, 1900 block of Mohr Drive, at State and Delphos streets, on charges of theft; possession of stolen property and attempted residential entry.

Friday, 10:11 p.m., police arrested Brad Burthay, 37, 1000 block of East Gerhart Street, at North and Washington streets, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Saturday, 5:21 a.m., police arrested Reginald Garrett, 25, 800 block of North Union Street, at that residence, on charges of failure to register and possession of marijuana.

Saturday, 2:59 p.m., police arested a 17-year-old girl at Wal-Mart, 1920 E. Markland Ave., on charges of theft and false informing.

Saturday, 4:25 p.m., police arrested Donte W. Smoot, 32, 1300 block of North Jay Street, at the intersection of North and Bell streets, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Saturday, 6:16 p.m., police arrested Justin Todd Woodward, no age listed, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, at that residence, on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Saturday, 6:27 p.m., police arrested Tyron T. Tyler, 20, 1100 block of Bell Street, at Meijer, 2351 E. Markland Ave., on charges of theft and illegal possession of alcohol.

Saturday, 8:49 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old boy at Sears, 1235 S. Reed Road, on a charge of conversion.

Saturday, 9:48 p.m., police arrested Glenda J. Jett, 44, 1200 block of North Lindsay Street, at the intersection of Main and Elm streets, on two counts of operating while intoxicated.

Sunday, 1:18 a.m., police arrested Patricia Ann McKinney, 28, 800 block of McCann Street, at the intersection of U.S. 31 and Markland Avenue, on charges of driving while suspended and operating while intoxicated.

Thefts

Thursday, 10:23 a.m., the theft of a 1996 Monte Carlo valued at $1,500 was reported from the 500 block of East Sycamore Street.

Arrests


Nov. 9, 4:42 p.m., deputies arrested Charles Benge, 34, Noblesville, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 3:05 p.m., deputies arrested Jonathon Gosciak, 29, Tipton, on a charge of check deception.

Thursday, 7:39 p.m., deputies arrested Allen A. Fowler, 25, 1700 block of South E Street, Elwood, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Friday, 9:40 p.m., police arrested Ryan Peshine, 22, no address listed, Goshen, on charges of operating while intoxicated and OWI endangerment.

Sunday, 1:11 a.m., troopers arrested Danny R. Portwood, no age listed, 8400 block of Big Oak Drive, Atlanta, on two counts of operating while intoxicated.
