Miami County arrests

Sunday, 2:40 a.m., state police arrested Shayla D. Stuber, 18, 5800 South block of U.S. 31, Peru, on a charge of minor consumption of alcohol.

Sunday, 2:50 a.m., state police arrested Jonathan W. Bennett, 19, 100 block of North Holman Street, Peru, on a charge of minor consumption of alcohol.

Sunday, 4:30 a.m., state police arrested Kevin W. Martin, 36, 200 block of East Sixth Street, Peru, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, refusal.

Sunday, 6:50 a.m., police arrested Frank Stambaugh, 26, 1 block of West Boulevard, Peru, on a warrant charge of invasion of privacy.

Sunday, 8:45 p.m., police arrested Adam D. Simcox, 31, 500 block of South Broadway, Peru, on a charge of public intoxication, refusal.

Sunday, 8:45 p.m., police arrested Josey C. Kenworthy, 22, 100 block of East Canal Street, Peru, on a charge of public intoxication.

Monday, 10:50 a.m., deputies arrested David Wade, 39, Fort Wayne, on a warrant.

Monday, 1:45 p.m., deputies arrested Norbert Machan, 24, South Bend, on a warrant charge of violation of probation.

Monday, 4:10 p.m., deputies arrested Thomas Bentley Jr., 48, 1200 East block of County Road 550 North, Peru, on an O’Brien County, Iowa, warrant.
