Police reports - Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2009

Howard County arrests

Thursday, 12:41 a.m., deputies arrested Daniel C. McGuinn, 32, 800 block of West Woodland Avenue, at the Howard County Jail, on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Friday, 1:35 a.m., state police arrested Trista Lee Rogers, 23, 1600 block of North Apperson Way, at U.S. 31 and Carter Street, on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Friday, 8:15 a.m., deputies arrested Chad A. Sparlin, 28, 1900 block of West Havens Street, at the Howard County Jail, on a misdemeanor warrant for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and on a misdemeanor warrant for leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

Friday, 5:15 p.m., deputies arrested April S. Lopez, 22, Peru, at the Howard County Jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Friday, 7:25 p.m., deputies arrested Gina P. Lopez, 54, Peru, at the Howard County Jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Friday, 10:19 p.m., deputies arrested Candice M. Armstrong, 22, 400 block of North Washington Street, Greentown, at the Howard/Tipton county line, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Sunday, 3:12 a.m., police arrested Richard Greene, 23, 1600 block of Elmwood Lane, at Indiana Avenue and Tate Street, on a Class D felony criminal recklessness charge, and on a misdemeanor charge of possession of a handgun without a permit.

Sunday, 4:05 a.m., state police arrested Blaine M. Mundy, 52, 1900 block of South LaFountain Street, at the Howard County Jail, on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Sunday, 5:10 a.m., state police arrested Angel Sanchez-Beltran, 29, Upland, at Ind. 26 and 250 East, on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Sunday, 6:56 a.m., police arrested Joseph W. Woody, 29, 1700 block of North Wabash Avenue, at Elm and Morrison streets, on a body attachment warrant.

Sunday, 8:13 a.m., police arrested Brittany Williams, 20, 500 block of Harvest Drive, in the 700 block of Philadelphia Drive, on a misdemeanor illegal consumption charge, and on a warrant for failure to appear.

Sunday, 8:13 a.m., police arrested Zachary M. Brooks, 25, 700 block of Philadelphia Drive, at home, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Sunday, 1:44 p.m., deputies arrested Jolene R. Yard, 21, 100 block of West 300 South, at the Howard County Jail, on a Class D felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and on Class D felony charges of neglect of a dependent and possession of a controlled substance.

Sunday, 2:10 p.m., deputies arrested Andrew J. Milburn, 29, 5600 block of Council Ring Boulevard, in the 5100 block of Park Road, on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge.

Sunday, 3:03 p.m., police arrested Christopher Parkhurst, 25, 3500 block of Gordon Court, at Washington and Mulberry streets, on a Class D felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Sunday, 8:32 p.m., police arrested Brian J. Ropes, 32, Bringhurst, at Mulberry and Union streets, on a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended with priors.

Miami County arrests

Friday, 10:55 a.m., deputies arrested Juan R. Sanchez, 20, 1600 south block of County Road 25 West, Tipton, on a warrant charge of failure to appear in court.

Friday, 6:05 p.m., deputies arrested Theodore A. Nelson, 25, Wabash, on a warrant to serve 13 days in jail.

Saturday, 11:40 p.m., police arrested Shane D. Warner, 36, 8200 south block of County Road 1100 East, Galveston, on a felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
