Arrests
Wednesday, 7:20 a.m., police arrested a 16-year-old female at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, on charges of battery and disorderly conduct.
Wednesday, 9:28 a.m., police arrested James Leverkuhn, 23, 600 block of South Union Street, at that residence, on a Plainfield parole violation.
Wednesday, 2:40 p.m., police arrested Steven A. Bailey, 22, 1200 block of West Madison Street, at Superior and Indiana streets, on charges of possession of a syringe, possession of a precursor and a warrant for failure to appear.
Wednesday, 4:36 p.m., police arrested Shannon R. Unger, 35, 1200 block of East Foster Street, at Meijer, 2301 E. Markland Ave., on a charge of theft and a warrant for failure to appear.
Wednesday, 4:37 p.m., police arrested Roy L. McCool, 27, Marion, at Wal-Mart, 1920 E. Markland Ave., on a charge of theft.
Wednesday, 6:31 p.m., police arrested April R. Moore, 24, Joseph R. Goode, 26, both of 1000 block of East Dixon Street, and Steven R. France, 26, 1900 block of North Lindsay Street, at Wal-Mart, 1920 E. Markland Ave., each on a charge of illegal drug lab.
Thursday, 1:36 a.m., police arrested Jeffrey S. Medlen II, 19, 1900 block of South Park Road, at Phillips and Sycamore streets, on charges of possession of marijuana and dealing in marijuana.
Thefts
Wednesday, 9:08 a.m., the thefts of two flat screen TVs and a laptop computer were reported from the 600 block of East North Street.
Thursday, 3:41 a.m., the theft of a semi-automatic 12-gauge shotgun valued at $200 was reported from the Cozy Lounge, 222 N. Buckeye St.

Nov. 27, 7:05 p.m., deputies arrested Harvey E. Johns, 31, 1000 block of South B Street, Elwood, on a charge of driving while suspended.
Nov. 27, 10 p.m., police arrested Michael Redding, 50, 600 block of Southlea Drive, Kokomo, on a charge of public intoxication.
Tuesday, 11:55 a.m., deputies arrested Joseph Brannum, 24, Tipton, on charges of forgery and fraud with a controlled substance.
Tuesday, 1 p.m., police arrested Robert Sallee, 38, Tipton, on charges of theft and fraud.
Tuesday, 11:21 p.m., deputies arrested David Vaughn Ellison, 67, 400 block of Douglas Street, Tipton, on a charge of maintaining a common nuisance.
Tuesday, 11:21 p.m., deputies arrested Tiffany Rene Steward, 21, 400 block of Douglas Street, Tipton, on a charge of visiting a common nuisance.
Tuesday, 11:21 p.m., deputies arrested Buina Jane Lewis, 20, 400 block of Poplar Street, Tipton, on a charge of visiting a common nuisance.
