Howard County arrests

Thursday, 7:41 p.m., police arrested Tamara L. Bell, 32, 2500 block North Apperson Way, Kokomo, at Washington Street and Markland Avenue, on a body attachment.

Thursday, 11:33 p.m., police arrested Andrew D. Dillard, 18, 500 block of S. Main Street, Kokomo, at Markland Avenue and Elizabeth Street, on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol.

Friday, 2:34 a.m., police arrested Joseph Howard, 23, 1300 block of North McCann Street, Kokomo, at Webster Street and Lincoln Road, on a charge of public intoxication.

Friday, 3:40 a.m., police arrested Jolene R. Yard, 21, 100 West block of 300 South, at Center Road and Arrowhead Street, on a felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Friday, 6:07 a.m., police arrested Israel Vega, 34, 200 block of West Elm Street, at his residence, on felony charges of domestic battery and criminal confinement.

Friday, 5:01 a.m., police arrested Morgan M. Mullins, 20, 200 block of South Dixon Lane, at her residence, on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol.
