Anne Bell and Rex Spencer

— Anne Bell and Rex Spencer have plans to wed at 5:30 p.m. July 7, 2012, at the Scottish Rite Cathedral by the Rev. Les Meade.

She is the daughter of Greg and Kris Bell, Covington. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a master’s degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. She is employed by the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs in Indianapolis as a communications manager.

He is the son of Teresa Spencer and Jim and Kay Spencer, all of Kokomo. He is a graduate of Purdue University. He is an assistant golf pro at the Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex, West Lafayette.
